2 Direct Sales Dial-Up: How Does It Help Franchisees?
Sales support is critical to business success. And in order to effectively produce sales, you need qualified leads. The Direct Sales Dial-Up program was created to enhance franchise lead generation through telemarketing. The U.S. Lawns Sales Bullpen at the Home Ofiice will make calls to schedule appointments with qualified decision makers at commercial properties in local territories. If an appointment cannot be secured, we will confirm the contact information of a decision maker and secure permission for franchise owners to visit the site and deliver marketing collateral.

3 $ What Is The Goal Of The Direct Sales Dial-Up Program?
The goal of the Direct Sales Dial-Up program is to generate sales activities for our franchisees through telemarketing. These sales activities include appointment setting and marketing collateral drop-off opportunities that lead to proposal opportunities. $

4 Whom Do We Target? We will work with owners to build a targeted database of local, commercial property decision makers. Supply the U.S. Lawns Sales Bullpen with a list of contacts, or let us strategically target the following: Apartment Complexes Condo Associations HOA’s Assisted Living Facilities Hotels Restaurants Warehouse & Self Storage Property Management Companies

5 The U.S. Lawns Sales Bullpen
The U.S. Lawns Sales Bullpen is staffed with highly qualified telesales professionals, located at the Home Office. We do not outsource this service because we believe it’s important that our inside sales representatives understand our industry and more importantly, our franchisees’ businesses.

6 Once You Sign Up, What Does The Process Look Like?

7 The Process Data/List Selection Intro Call Call Cycle Report/ Feedback
The Sales Bullpen will generate a database of commercial property decision makers in your territory. The list is sent to you to review so existing customers can be deleted. The updated list will then be loaded into the Bullpen’s CRM so calls can be made. You can also provide us with your own contacts to add to the database. Intro Call Your inside sales representative will call you to introduce himself/herself and to confirm your schedule availability for future appointments. It’s important to us that your inside sales representative has a working knowledge of you and your business. Call Cycle Your inside sales representative will put your entire database through a call cycle (typically contacts). Depending on the database size, this could take 5-8 business days. The goal of each call is to schedule an appointment with a decision maker or at a minimum, receive permission for you to drop- off marketing collateral. Report/ Feedback At the end of each call day, your inside sales rep will you to report confirmed sales activities (appts., drop-offs). The will contain contact information for each opportunity and a brief summary of the call. At the end of each month, your rep will contact you to review and assess the opportunities provided throughout the entirety of the call cycle.

10 Payment Method To get started, go to the U.S. Lawns Marketing Portal , enter your credit card information in the profile section under Manage Payment Methods and order the product. If you have any questions contact Brandon Moxam or Todd Chapman at the Home Office. Payment must be made upfront for each call cycle. To add your credit card and place your order, follow the steps on the following slides.

2) Go to the Profile tab, click on Manage Payment Methods and add

12 3) Once your credit card has been added, you are ready to place your order. Click on Direct Sales Dial-Up to begin the ordering process.
