Revelation 8:1-6 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. Heaven was anything but quite before the 7th seal was opened up. There was an explosion of activity when God gave Michael the Archangel the command to sound the trumpet the raised the dead in Christ first. Then the second or last trumpet for the event of the rapture saw the living saved in Christ joined with the resurrected saved dead and there was a great reunion of loved ones and astonishment, wonder, and awe as they met in the air. They also all marveled at the changes in their bodies as mortality gave way to immortality and corruption gave way to incorruption as the Saints bodies were redeemed as part of their

inheritance in Christ. They all had bodies just like Jesus Himself now has (heavens view of
rapture events: Rev 4; Earth’s view; Rev 12:1-5). Then all the Saints were around the throne in different groups (24 elders, 4 living ones who led worship. Then in Rev 5 Christ the Lamb of God was the only one worthy to take the 7 seal title deed to the earth and sea from the Father (Ancient of Days). Everyone in heaven rejoiced greatly because Christ was going to takeback the earth and sea from the Satan. Then in Rev 6 Christ opens the first 4 seal sending the 4 horsemen from heaven to the earth. The 1st seal opened were raptured Saints going forth during the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period preaching the Gospel from the air to the whole

world, others were prophesying the future fall of Babylon, and yet others warning all those on earth not to receive the mark of the beast or they will feel the full wrath of God poured out without mixture (no grace) dur the terrible day of the Lord – the 7th seal. The 2nd ,3rd,4th seals opened were horsemen in charge of world war, famine, and death and pestilence. The 5th seal opened showed the results of the 4 horsemen – Souls of Saints being saved and dying for Christ arriving in heaven. The 6th and final seal of the 3 ½ year Christ tribulation period cause an earthquake that make sun black, moon as blood, and the earth shift on its axis amking it seem as the stars were falling from heaven and the heaven above departing as a scroll. Everyone on earth hiding in caves and under rocks saying that the great day of God’s wrath is

Here. Rev 7 (heaven’s view) tells of the 144,000 Christian Jews being saved and sealed for protection of the judgments of the 7th seal. Rev 14 shows them on Mount Zion joining in worship with the Saints in heaven. Finally, the 3 1/2yr Christian tribulation period ends with the resurrection of the tribulation martyrs (Rev 7). They are rejoicing in heaven wearing their white robes as their souls get resurrected bodies just like the raptured Saints and Christ has. Now in Rev 8 the 7th seal is opened and the Church age has officially ended. From here on the resulting judgments will have no grace but the pure wrath of God. All activity in heaven comes to a mighty sobering moment of complete silence for a half hour. Such is the seriousness of the 7th seal and the revelation of its full meaning (see reference chart).

Revelation 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. In Rev 7 they are put on hold from hurting the earth, sea, trees till the 144,000 Christian Jews and Gentile believers that were not killed during the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period when the 6 seals were opened receive the seal of God in their foreheads. This seal will protect them from the trumpet/vial judgments of the 7th seal – terrible Day of the Lord. The reason we have 7 angels here as opposed to being 4 is that the number 4 connects with affecting the earth while the number 7 means completeness (see reference chart on numbers). In other words these 4 angel are going to fulfill God’s purpose concerning the earth and fulfill God’s complete wrath of the 7th seal. These angels are raptured Christians and are one of many group of Saints in Revelation like the 4 horsemen, 24 elders, 4 living ones (see text on 4 angels of Rev 7). When Joshua conquered the city of Jericho He was told to have his soldiers walk around the city 1 time each day bearing the Ark of the Covenant (banner of God’s Covenant of power and protection). On the 7th day they were to march around 7 times and then shout. The walls of Jericho came

Christ our Joshua has been given the 7 sealed title dead to the earth and sea by the Father (Ancient of Days Rev 5 in the presence of the raptured Saints). Satan and his angels are in possession of the earth and sea, but Christ is the legal heir. Because He paid the price of redemption as our Kinsman redeemer and now has in His possession the title deed, when the 7 seals are fully opened Christ by force if necessary can legally take possession of the earth and sea. When the 7th seal is opened we find 7 trumpet/vial judgments. These 7 judgments are both one and the same. Trumpet side is activity as seen from heaven but the earth sees the trumpets experiences judgments as vials being poured out. When the 7th trumpet/vial judgment of the 7th seal is executed all the cities of the earth fall just like the 7th day of Joshua when the 7th trip around was completed all the walls of Jericho fell. When the 7 trumpet of the 7th seal is sounded, we read in Rev 16:19 that along with Babylon the religious and commercial capitol of Beast’s Empire every city of the earth also fell. Revelation 16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Revelation 8:3,4 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. This angel that stood at the altar of incense was given much incense. This incense would have been given to Him by Christ and it would have those elements in its composition that would speak of His sacrificial work at Calvary to redeem mankind. This incense offered up with all the prayers of the Saints ascended before God as acceptable to Him.

Revelation 8:5,6 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake. 6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. After the prayers of saints and the tribulation martyrs (incense perfumed prayers offered up to God in Rev 8:4) the angel now responds to God’s answer to their prayers and takes the hot fiery coals off the altar and puts them in the censor holder and then cast the hot fiery coals down to the earth symbolizing God's fiery judgments about to descend on the wicked world that have the mark of the beast. And their were voices (could be the voices of those on the earth sealed praying). Thunders and lightening are that the judgments of the 7th seal – the terrible Day of the Lord is at hand. The earthquake illustrates the strength of the storm and can be taken literally also. Earthquake means Earth quakes. Verse 6 the seven angels (raptured Saints of God) prepare themselves to sound the 7 trumpet judgments from heaven.

Rev 15 is earth’s view of these 7 angels except they have 7 vials that are poured out on the earth. The 7 vial judgments and the 7 trumpet judgments are one and the same event. Imagine a trumpet. The mouthpiece side is action from heaven’s view where the rapture Saints are executing these judgments. The bell side of the trumpet is how the earth sees these judgments. As vials being poured out over them. Revelation 15:1-8 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. 2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. 3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. 4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest. 5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: 6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven

plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. 8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

Rev 16:17-21 is earth’s view (7th vial) of the 7th trumpet which is heaven’s view.

Remember now, these angels represent raptured Saints given power to hurt the earth, sea, land, air (Rev 7:3). This hurt is not only a judgment but a cleansing of the earth, sea, land, air, that has been polluted by sin since Satan took dominion over the earth and sea when Adam and Eve sold out to him through sin. Now that Christ has the title deed to the earth and sea and is about to return to take His legal inheritance, the trumpet/vial judgments of 7th seal is house cleaning. Nobody wants to move into a house they now legally own where the previous tenants refuse to leave, havecockroaches running all over the place, garbage strewn about, filthy carpets, holds in the wall, etc. These trumpet/vial judgments will purge and cleanse the earth and sea from weeds, pests, works of man done in sin, all the causes of sickness, the desire to cause wars, and all desires of distress. What was not cleansed by the blood of Christ will be purged mostly by fire. Fire seems to be a part of every trumpet judgment. Purging is as powerful as Salvation, but

God made the earth, sea, land, air, and said it was good in Genesis. God’s will is not to destroy that which He says is good, but to redeem. Jesus said I make all things new, not all new things. Revelation 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. Let’s review some O.T. verses Exodus 9:23 And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt. 24 So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. 25 And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the

Psalms 105:32 He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land. Isaiah 30:30 And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

As we can see from scripture the animal and plant kingdom as well as human kind do not escape. Worldwide crops like wheat, barley, rice, corn, etc. What about the lumber industry for building homes, factories, etc, when 2/3 of the world trees are burned up. What will the price of something as simple as paper be. Trees and vegetation take in carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. What will be the quality of air be like. With xtra carbon dioxide buildup, how much hotter will the planet with the additional greenhouse effect. What happens to our great national forests. Who will be able to fight them. The loss of poultry business. What will the price of a single hamburger or chicken sandwich. What about tourism and travel. What will be effect on the whole economy. Mingled with blood. God is seeming to say you have rejected the blood of Christ that alone can save and cleanse. Instead, the world went on a

Now God gives them all the blood they want. The 1st vial which is earth’s view of heaven’s view of the 1st trumpet says this. The 1st trumpet judgment of the 7th seal affected the earth and the whole earth seems on fire . Many will flee to the ocean water to escape the fire. Now the 2nd trumpet sounds in heaven. The Saints that have been given power to hurt the sea cause something that is like a great mountain burning with fire to crash into the sea. Notice, it is not a mountain but like a mountain. This has all the tell tale signs of what we call an asteroid. Thousands of Asteroids are in our Solar system. We know that anything that enters our atmosphere usually burns up. We are all aware of meteor showers. However, this asteroid is so big by the time it hits the sea it is still the size of a great mountain. Some great mountains are Mount Everest, Mount Mc Kinley, etc. Imagine an asteroid passing through out atmosphere and being the size of Mount Everest when it hits the water. Scientists say an asteroid 4 miles wide

Imagine the tsunamis and tidal waves generated. A 1/3 part of the sea became blood. Again, this blood is probably much like the blood mingled with hail and fire in the 1st trumpet. We read a 1/3 part of the creatures which were in the sea that had life, died. Notice, it says creatures not fish in the sea. Also, 1/3 part of ships destroyed. What destruction to economy, to naval defenses, to the ecological food chain that exists in the oceans. The 2nd vial is earth’s view of heaven’s 2nd trumpet. Revelation 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea. The 2nd vial tells us that the blood was as one of a dead man. Every living soul died. From the 2nd trumpet we know 1/3 of the creatures died.

Revelation 8:10,11 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. A great star fell from heaven, burning as it were a lamp. John the writer of Revelations would be referring to an oil lamp. Anyone lighting an oil lamp knows the flame has its brightness at the wick end, and then the flame would rise and thin out. This would be a perfect description of what science calls a comet. This comet obviously is of a good size for it was call a great falling star. We are not told where it hits other than it fell upon 1/3 of the rivers, and fountains of waters (waterfalls). It seems that it passes over a large area of land and the elements in its tail fall to the earth and make the water bitter. The star is called wormwood named after a bitter which was used for medicinal purposes but if eaten was very bitter and could even kill. In the O.T. God made the bitter waters of Marah sweet by having a tree cast into the waters.

The tree was a picture of Christ Who died on a wooden cross Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: When we obey God’s word and are diligent, Christ keeps us from diseases and sicknesses so many have in the world Matthew 8:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

But here in Rev 8:10,11 those dwelling on the earth have rejected the cross. They have rejected the source of living water, and gave no glory to God for water He created that is essential to physical life. Now there life is made bitter and many that drank the water out of thirst died. Notice again, fire involved because the comet burned as a lamp. So far, the 1st , 2nd , 3rd trumpets all had fire. The 3rd vial which is earth’s view of 3rd trumpet’s heaven view says this. Revelation 16:4-7 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. 6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. 7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

We see then that that during part of the day the sun was so hot that men cursed the very God that had power to stop it. Another part of the day it was extremely cold. Revelation 8:13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound! One of the raptured Saints flies over head and is seen as an angel (messenger) to the earth. He he cries out in a loud voice three woes referring to the 5th , 6th , 7th trumpets yet to be sounded. The first four trumpets were directed at inanimate objects such as the earth, sea, rivers, sun, moon, stars. The last three trumpets are directed toward people, especially the empire of the beast. These 3 trumpet plagues are brought about by living beings. One swarm is released from the bottomless pit. Another, from the under the river Euphrates, and the third, Christ and the Saints from heaven. The living plagues are much worse than the inanimate ones that is why the message was pronounced overhead to the whole world – Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth by reason of the trumpets of the three angels yet to sound.

Revelation 9:1,2 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. Heavenly beings are called stars whether Saints or Angels. Many of the raptured Saints have been called angels because angel denotes the office of a ‘messenger’. Here in Rev 9:1 the angel himself is not giving a message but like a falling star out of heaven he heads directly to his appointed destination with the key to the bottomless which Jesus would have given him. Jesus is introduced in Rev 1:18 as having the keys of hell and of death – this would include the bottomless pit. Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. The bottomless pit is opened, out came smoke as from a furnace so much so that the sun could not be seen because of the darkness of the smoke in the air.

Revelation 9:3,4 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. Most of us have seen movies or documentaries showing locusts descending as a swarm with intense frenzy and darkening the sky above devouring everything in their path. Out of this pit belching with blackening smoke as of a great furnace out come these infernal creatures flying as swarms of locusts. They had the power of a scorpion one of the most intense stings known to man because their venom seems to set their veins and nervous system on fire. These infernal creatures have a certain amount of intelligence. They are commanded by God not to hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree but only those men that have not the seal of God in their forehead. The seal of God for protection included 144,000 Christian Jews on Mount Zion (Rev 7 , Rev 14) and to all Gentile Christians saved during the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period (first 6 seals). (see Ref chart)

Revelation 9:5,6 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. 6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. These infernal swarm of infernal creatures go forth as locusts and every person that has the mark of the beast, or does not have the protective seal of God were tormented for a period of 5 months. Their torment was as if they were stung by a scorpion and so bad will be the pain that men will seek death and but God will not allow it.

Revelation 9:7-10 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. 9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. 10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. Shape Like horses prepared unto battle Shaped like a horse body wise but breast covering hard as iron (vs 9) as if battle ready if necessary heads Face like a man, hair of a women (long), teeth like a lion. Top of head Crown like if it was made of gold. Crown not real gold but glittered like gold. Wings The sound of all their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running Like a stampede. Like the mighty sound of Pharaoh’ armies at the Red Sea chasing the Children of Israel Tails Like as scorpions. The sting was in their tail They had power to hurt men for 5 months

Who are these infernal creatures?
Revelation 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. These infernal creatures have a ruler over them which is the angel of the bottomless pit. His name in Hebrew (O.T.) is Abaddon and in Greek (N.T.) Apollyon. Either name translates to the word ‘destoyer’. Who are these infernal creatures? We are told their ruler is an angel. Obviously, one of Satan’s fallen angels of high rank. This swarm of infernal creatures under him are obviously supernatural beings to live in that environment. They want to destroy and were ordered not to hurt green grass, or trees, but only those that do not have God’s protective seal. That they have crowns as of gold on their head may tell us they are a special group of fallen angels of high rank that God sought to punish for their wickedness some time in the great past before Adam and Eve when Lucifer ruled his kingdom (see Lucifer’s kingdom).

Revelation 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. The 5th vial is earth’s view of 5th trumpet heaven’s view. Revelation 16:10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, 11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds. It seems the empire of the beast gets the most judgment. The black smoke out of the bottomless pit seems to block out light throughout his empire. In that darkness everyone not having God’s seal of protection is stung by these infernal creatures. They gnawed their tongue to distract them from the pain of the sting. They cursed God in heaven because of their pains and sores but would not repent of their evil deeds.

Revelation 9:12-21 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, 14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. 15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. 16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. 17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. 18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. 19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. 20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: 21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, 14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. 15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. 16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. One woe (5th trumpet) is past, and two more to go (6th and 7th trumpet). The 6th trumpet is sounded and a voice from the four horns of the golden altar (altar of incense) which is before God told the 6th angel (raptured Saints of God) loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. The four horns (the number 4 has to do with the earth in view and horn always symbolizes power – see ref chart). There is power in prayer, praise and worship that has come up before God to answer. And now God demonstrates that power as the 4 horns are allowed to give the 6th angel the command to loose the 4 bound angels in the Euphrates river.

13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, 14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. 15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. 16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. The four bound angels are loosed and were prepared to slay men for on the earth for 1 year, I month, 1 day, 1 hour. And when they were let loose they came out as an army of horsemen numbering two hundred thousand thousand. That would translate into 200,000 times 1000 which equals two hundred million (200,000,000). Here is the perfect example of understanding the 4 living ones of Rev 4, 4 horsemen of Rev 5, 4 angels of Rev 7. The number 4 has to do with the earth in view (see ref chart). Here we are told these bound fallen angels number 200,000,000 and what they do affects the earth. John the writer of Revelation was told this number.

Genesis 6:1-4 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. Sons of God are angels Job 2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD. Job 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. 5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? 6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; 7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

What is meant by first estate the angels left?
What does the New Testament tell us about these particular angels Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. 2 Peter 2:4-5 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; What is meant by first estate the angels left? We know from Eph 6:12 Satan’s angels have different ranks: principalities, powers, thrones, dominions. How far Satan’s dominion into outer space we do not know. Many believe the sun is Satan’s throne. We do know that Satan is the god of this world system and the prince and power of the air. It

Why would Satan do this and tempt God?
would seem from Jude 1:6 that Satan’s angels have certain estates or dominions in our atmosphere or space and they were given them when they were first created. However, Satan encouraged them to leave those estates and go after the daughters of men that were fair and intermarry them. Why would Satan do this and tempt God? Because God told him in Gen 3:15 that the seed of the woman would bruise his authority and kingdom. By morally bringing down the human race through his angels takingwives creating mutant giants believing that God could not find a woman worthy to bring about a promised and pure seed. God’s reaction. Cast those rebellious angels into hell as an example of rebellion to the other angels (Jude 1:7). Destroy the mutated world by a flood except Noah and his family who found grace in the eyes of God. Change earth’s climate so man’s days would number no greater than 120 years. Genesis 6:5-8 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. S a v e d Ark - Safe in Ark from tribulation below R e t u r n Some of Satan’s angels took wives and produced giants Gen 6:1-4 Flood waters – flood of judgment Enoch Giants, great wickedness After Noah and his family entered the Ark God shut the door and the flood came. The ark represents Jesus Christ. Noah and his family represent believers safe in Christ riding out the flood. Those left behind experience the flood of judgment. At the end of the flood the Ark returned back to land and so the saved will return with Christ at the end of the Day of the Lord. Enoch caught up to be with the Lord before the flood. A picture of the living saved raptured before the Day of the Lord (flood of judgment that is coming upon the whole world). Satan’s angels that left first estate to take wives cast into hell as example to others (Jude 1:7)

Revelation 9:17-19 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. 18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. 19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. The prophet Joel in Joel 2:1-11 had a frightening vision of this 200,000,000 satanic fallen angels and their destructive power after they were let loose from the bottomless pit. Joel 2:1-11 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; 2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. 4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. 5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. 6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. 7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: 8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. 9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. 10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: 11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

Jesus speaking in Matt 24:21,22 and Joel 2:2 are both speaking of great tribulation (this is not to be confused with the great 3 ½ yr Christian tribulation period that happened during the first 6 seals – this is the 7th seal – terrible day of the Lord) such as never was from the beginning of this world to this time and never again. Joel 2:2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

John the writer of Revelation saw this 200,000,000 army of fallen angels as horses having horsemen riding them. In Joel’s vision Joel saw them as having the appearance of horses and as horsemen so shall they run. Joel 2:4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. Try and describe an army of beings that have the appearance of horses but only have 2 feet and run as men. Notice the similarities with the infernal creatures from the bottomless pit that they also had appearance as of horses. They Also had Breastplates but theirs was iron.

Shape Like horses prepared unto battle Shaped like a horse’s body but with two legs instead of four Breastplates of fire, jacinth and brimstone Breastplate would be from the neck on down to the thighs fire--the fiery color of the breastplates answering to the fire which issued out of jacinth--literally, "of hyacinth color," the hyacinth of the ancients answering to our dark blue iris: thus, their dark, dull-colored breastplates correspond to the smoke brimstone--sulphur-colored: answering to the brimstone or sulphur out of their mouths. heads like those of a lion and out of their mouth issued fire, smoke and brimstone By these 3 were a 1/3 of men killed. Tails like sepents that had several heads These serpent heads could hurt by their bite

Revelation 9:20,21 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: 21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. 1/3 of the earth’s population is killed by the plague (vs 18). Now we read that the rest of the worlds population that had not the seal of God’s protection and were not killed, did not repent of the evil works of their hands, continued to worship devils, and their idols of gold, silver, brass, stone and wood which neither can see, hear, or walk. This shows a great return to idolatry under Antichrist’s reign.

Who is this mighty angel?. It is clearly Jesus. He is acting in the office of an angel for the word angel means ‘messenger’ as used so many places in Revelations (Rev 1:8 – 7 angels of the 7 Churches, Rev 7 – 4 angels or Rev 14 messengers sent out by the opening of the 1st seal).

Revelation 10:1-7 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: Clothed with a cloud God’s presence and power of the Holy Spirit Exodus 14:19.20 Cloud by day, pillar of fire by night. 1 Kings 8:10,11 Glory cloud filled the Temple: Ezek 1:4, 10:4 cloud – God’s divine presence. Rev 10:1 Christ clothed with a cloud (power and glory). Rainbow was upon His head In Rev 4:3 and Gen 9:16 rainbow reminds us of God’s promise to Noah to no longer destroy all living or with a world wide flood. Rainbow around the head means Christ remembers Genesis 9:16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. Face as it were the sun Jesus was introduced in Rev 1 His face was as the countenance of sun Feet as pillars of fire Rev 1:15 says fine brass as if burned in a furnace (fire) Revelation 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

Revelation 10:2-4 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, 3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. Christ had in his hand a little book open. Jesus is our Kinsman Redeemer who took this little book that had 7 seals in Rev 5 from the Father (Ancient of Days). The first 6 seals (Rev 6) were opened during the 3 ½ yr Christian tribulation Period a time of judgment mixed with grace. Starting in Rev 8, the 7th seal was opened beginning the terrible day of the Lord – God’s pure wrath without mixture (see ref chart). The 7th seal has 7 trumpet/vial judgments. So far, in Rev 8 and Rev 9 we covered the first 6 trumpet/vial judgments and one more trumpet to go before Jesus can legally take physical possession of the earth and sea. Jesus legally owns the title deed contract because is the Redeemer. This ensures Him that when all the seals are broken and fully

Jesus, by the legal authority of opening the 7 sealed title deed now sets His right foot upon the sea, and His left foot on the earth. The time has come to take physical possession of the earth and sea from Satanic trinity now operating on the earth (Satan, Beast and False prophet). Jesus the Lamb of God now cries out with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth sensing complete triumph and victory of possession of the earth and sea is close at hand. Seven thunders uttered their voices but John was told not to write what the seven thunders said.

Revelation 10:5-7 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, 6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: 7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. After Jesus stands upon the sea and earth He lifts His hand toward heaven and swears by the Father Who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and things therein, the earth and things therein, the sea and things therein, that there should be time no longer (no delay any longer). Notice the emphasis on what God created in heaven (sun, moon, stars), on earth, in the sea. This is Jesus zealous to protect His Father’s works against the dam able heresies and demonic doctrines of Satan, Beast, False prophet. Christ says in the days when the 7th angel trumpet sounds, the mystery of God will be finished, as He declared through His servants the prophets. That mystery was the visible Kingdom by God that will last forever and increase in size forever (see Kingdom).

Revelation 10:8-11 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. 9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. 10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. 11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings. John is told to take the little book which is open from the right hand of Jesus who is still standing in an act of complete possession of the earth and sea. John asks Jesus for the book and he is told by Jesus to take it and eat it up (eat all of it). When he eats it will make John’s belly bitter, but in his mouth it will be sweet as honey. When John goes into action he represents all the saved Saints. In Rev 4 when John heard the voice as of a trumpet saying come up come up hither, he was

What happens to John will happen to every saved believer whether dead or alive (see rapture, Rev 4). In Revelation the 24 elders, 4 living ones, 4 horsemen, 4 angels, 7 angels are all groups of Saints assigned to a specific task. John represents the whole Church. The little book which is the title deed to the earth and sea and that is now open John is told to eat. John eats this book while still on the island of Patmos having this revelation of God of future. Church as identifying what this book is all about. It is the legal possession of the earth and sea but not by Christ alone but by Christ and the Church. Christ has made the Church joint heirs with Him over all things and that includes the earth and sea. Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

The little book made the belly bitter but tasted sweet as honey Being a joint heir with Jesus is sweet contemplation know-ing you will share in Christ’s dominion of the earth and sea. s Bitter in the belly because when we return with Christ all the hurt of the 7 trumpet/ vial judgments will have been poured out with God’s pure wrath (see ref chart) and Christ and the Saints will have to pick up all the pieces. Then the Millennium begins – a time of reconstruction and regeneration of the earth and sea perfecting the Kingdom of God (see Kingdom).

Revelation 10:11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings. Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, nations, tongues and Kings. Remember, John is still on the island of Patmos where Jesus is giving Him revelation of the future when he is told to eat this little book. John as a type and representative of the whole Church will prophesy again before many peoples, nations, tongues, Kings. This happens during the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period of God’s wrath mixed with grace when the 1st seal is opened and the white horse with the bow (word of God) are the Saints sent forth over the whole earth preaching and prophesying (see ref chart). Rev 14 shows us earths view of 1st seal opened and we are told the earth sees the Saints as angels (messengers) flying over the earth preaching and prophesying and given warnings to many nations, peoples, tongues and Kings. The result is the tribulation martyrs resurrected all at one time in heaven without number, the sealing of the 144,000 Christian Jews in Israel and tribulation Gentile Saints not killed (Rev 7).

The angel measures with a reed like a rod the temple, altar, and those that worship there The two witnesses sent down from heaven to prophesy for 3 ½ yrs. These are the two olive trees and witnesses that stand before the God of the whole earth. Revelation 11:1,2 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. In Rev 10, Jesus had put one foot on the earth and one foot on the sea as an act of legal possession because the title deed had all 7 seals broken. Jesus is now surveying the land of Palestine and doing inventory which will be followed by a cleanup as part of taking ownership of that which is legally His. The angel sent by God measures with a measuring stick which is also a rod. God is also measuring what judgment is necessary based on the spiritual condition of what is going on in the temple, and the altar and their worship. Remember, mass return (timeframe 2 see chart) took place when the Ark of the Covenant reappeared. The temple was built and priestly sacrifice and worship restored before the rapture in timeframe 3 (see Chart).

Here in Rev 11 Israel is not mentioned by name, neither is Jerusalem. But it will become abundantly clear that the holy city is Jerusalem that is trampled under foot by the Gentiles for 42 months (3 ½ years). We know from a study of Daniel’s 70th week (the last 7 years before Christ returns) Antichrist has made this 7 year treaty with Israel to protect it’s borders. In the middle of that treaty invades Israel, stops temple sacrifices, sets up an image of himself (Abomination of desolation), and sits in the temple to show that he is God. Judging the Jews will be part of the Saints work as joint heirs with Christ and they will not escape the Day of the Lord judgments.

This final 3 ½ years before Christ comes back is also called the time of Jacob’s trouble (Jer 30:5-9) and ends with Christ and the Saints returning to save them by defeating Beast and his armies. Jeremiah 30:5-9 For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. 6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? 7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. 8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: 9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them. Daniel 9:27 And he [Antichrist] shall confirm the covenant with many for one week [7 yrs] : and in the midst of the week [about 3 ½ yrs] he [Antichrist] shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he [Antichrist] shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Revelation 11:3-6 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. 4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. While the 200,000,000 fallen angels are concentrating mainly on the kingdom of the Beast for 1 year, 1 month, 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour and destroy 1/3 of men by the fire, smoke, brimstone that comes out of their mouth (Rev 9), God sends down to the city of Jerusalem His two witnesses. During the 3 ½ yrs Antichrist is in possession of Lebanon, these two witnesses prophesy the whole time dressed in sackcloth. They also do miracles like Elijah and Moses yet testify about Christ as Messiah. Some say these witnesses are

Elijah and Enoch of the Old Testament that did not see death in their day. I believe one is Elijah for it is written in Malachi 4:5 that God will send Elijah the prophet before the great and dreadful Day of the Lord. Malachi 4:5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

The Day of the Lord to Israel would be the last 3 1/2 years before Christ returns because of the invasion of Antichrist and his armies (Gog and Magog). The Day of the Lord for the Gentile nations would be the last 7 years (7 trumpets/vials).

It is interesting that the 200,000,000 fallen angels kill 1/3 of men in kingdom of the beast by fire, smoke, brimstone that come out of their mouth. Here in the holy city of Jerusalem these two witnesses can devour any enemy that tries to hurt them by fire that proceeds out of their mouth. And, if any man hurts them, he must in the same manner be killed. The two witnesses like Moses and Elijah, have power to shut up heaven so it does not rain in the time of their prophecy (3 ½ yrs) and have power over waters to turn them to blood and smite the earth with plagues as often as they will.

The Beast that ascended out of the bottomless pit is Antichrist the man as well as Satan. Satan after the rapture is cast down to earth (Rev 12:7-9). Satan then incarnates the dead body of Antichrist who dies from a deadly wound as a result of the 2nd Seal opened shortly after the rapture. Antichrist comes back to life as both Antichrist the man and Satan incarnated. This is when Antichrist is revealed as the man of sin/son of perdition (2 Thess 2:3,4).When Christ returns He defeats the beast (see Kingdom). Christ casts the beast and the false prophet live into the lake of fire (Rev 19:20). After dying the death of a mortal, God takes Satan and he is bound in the bottomless pit for a thousand years and loosed again and ascends out for a short time (Rev 20:1-3).

Revelation 11:7-10 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. 10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. God allows the beast to overcome and kill the witnesses after 3 1/2 years of testimony. Their bodies lay in the streets and the whole world watches them. This could have been only fulfilled in the day of television and the internet. The whole world makes merry and rejoices they are dead and send gifts to one another. But after 3 1/2 days, just like Jesus, their body comes back to life. They stand on their feet and they hear a voice from heaven to come up and they ascend visibly upwards as their enemies watch them by television and the internet all over the world. There was a great earthquake and 7000 died and a tenth part of the city fell (fall of Jerusalem).

Revelation 11:7-10 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. 10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. Notice Rev 11:8. These two witnesses were killed in the same city Jesus was crucified. This would have to be Jerusalem. Also notice, Jerusalem is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt. This is why God allows Antichrist to invade Israel. The spiritual state sunk to the level of Sodom and Gomorrah and the worldliness of Egypt.

Revelation 11:11-14 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. 12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. 13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. 14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. Just like Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead 3 days later and then responding to a voice from heaven to come up hither they ascended into heaven. The death, resurrection, and ascenion of Christ is clearly seen and live on television and the internet throughout the whole world. Great fear fell upon them that saw these events and their enemies witnessed this. There was a great earthquake and a 10th of the city fell, and 7000 men slain by the earthquake. The remaining remnant were afraid and gave glory to God OF Heaven. This would be the same time period that the beast has declared himself as God in the temple (2 Thess 2:4). This is the end of the 2nd woe.

The 6th vial is earth’s view of heaven’s 6th trumpet and we read in Rev 16:12-16
Revelation 16:12-16 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. 15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. 16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Rev 11:15-19 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. 16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, 17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. 19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. The 7th and last trumpet judgment of the 7th seal sounds and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever. Just like the Children of Israel marched around Jericho once every day and on the 7th day marched around 7 times. On the 7th time when the trumpet sounded they were to shout and the walls of Jericho came tumbling down and Joshua and his army took possession of the city. Here in Rev 11:15 the 6 seals of the title deed to the earth and sea had been opened in Rev 6. Rev 7 the 7th seal was opened which had 7 trumpet/vial judgments. When the 7th trumpet sounds all the Saints in heaven shout with great voices saying the kingdoms of the earth and now going to fall and Christ and the Saints will possess them for the Lord. And His Kingdom will reign forever and ever.

Revelation 11:16-18 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, 17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. We were introduced to the 24 elders that sat before God on their seats in Rev 4. They represented the Old and New testament Saints – the Church in heaven. And they fell on their faces, and worshipped God for they knew the greatness of the 7th trumpet sounding and the great excitement of them returning with Christ to defeat the beast and his armies and establish the long awaited visible eternal Kingdom of God on earth. They gave thanks and said O lord God Almighty, which art, which was, and which is to come because you have taken to yourself your great power and have reigned. Because of this the nations were angry, and your wrath (upon the beast

Revelation 11:16-18 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, 17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. and his armies) has come. The time has come to judge the dead (great white throne judgment), and to reward Gods servants, the Saints and the prophets, and all that fear the name of the Lord both small and great. The time has come to destroy them which destroy the earth. When Christ returns with His Saints we are told Christ and the Saints will rule for a 1000 yrs on the earth. This age is called the Millennium when Christ will accomplish all these things listed. This is an age of regeneration, reconstruction, a time when the old heaven and earth pass away and become new. A time when the Kingdom of God is perfected (see Kingdom for a full study).

Revelation 11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. John the writer of Revelation could see the temple open between the Holy place and the Holy of Holies which Moses tabernacle was patterned after, and the Ark of the Testament (Covenant) was seen. Ark of the Testament is the promise of God to save Israel from its enemies and give them all the promised land given to Abraham in Genesis. In Rev 11 we saw the testimony of two witnesses and this will have a great effect on the Jews. The beast betrayed them and now they see in Jesus that He was the Messiah and they turn to Him and call upon Him to save them. The Ark of the Covenant seen in heaven tells us God is going to act and save Israel by returning with His Saints to defeat the beast and his armies. This battle is told more clearly in Rev 19. Rev 11:19 says there were lightening, voices, thunders, and a great earthquake and great hail.

Revelation 15:1-8 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. We are introduced to these 7 angels in Rev chapters Those chapters are the 7 trumpet judgments of the 7th seal (day of the Lord – see chart) but with heaven’s view in mind where the raptured and tribulation Saints are. Rev chapters is earths view of the same 7 trumpet judgments of the 7th seal but are called vial judgments. The earth sees these judgments as vials being poured out upon the earth. Just as a trumpet has the mouthpiece and bell opening so God shows us both sides of the same event. Trumpet side - heaven’s side where there is much activity because the raptured and tribulation Martyrs are there with Christ, vial side – earth’s view where the beast, false prophet and all them that dwell on earth that either have the seal of God for protection (144,000 Christian Jews and the Gentile believers from trib period) or the mark of the beast to experience God’s pure wrath.

John the writer of Revelation saw what looks like a sea of glass mingled with fire. Standing on it were the tribulation saints that were killed during the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period the first 6 seals (Rev 6) covered. Rev 7 says they were without number and resurrected to wear their white robes after the 6th seal but before the 7th seal (see ref chart). The sea of glass would reflect the finished work of the word of God (see sea of glass Rev 4). Fire symbolizes they came out of a time of judgment (3 ½ yr Christian trib period) but was mixed with grace (see ref chart also Rev 7).

The tribulation martyrs chose death rather than take the mark of the beast, or worship his image, and they had harps of God. God provided them with instruments to play. They sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb. The resurrection of the tribulation martyrs between the 6th seal and 7th seal ends the Church Age which was the gap between Daniel’s 69th and 70th week (see ref chart). On earth Israel’s 70th week now begins – the last 7 years till Christ returns. God will be dealing with Israel to bring them to Christ. As God delivered the children of Israel

from the hand of Pharaoh so God will now deliver Israel from the Beast - this modern Pharaoh who would seek to destroy them and take Palestine for himself – the promised land God gave to the children of Israel through Abraham. In heaven they sing the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb for victory over their enemies. Exodus 15:1 Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea. 2 The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him. 3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name. 4 Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea. 5 The depths have covered them: they sank into the bottom as a stone. 6 Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy. 7 And in the greatness of thine excellency thou hast overthrown them that rose up against thee: thou sentest forth thy wrath, which consumed them as stubble. 8 And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were gathered together, the floods stood upright as an heap, and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea. 9 The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them. 10 Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: they sank as lead in the mighty waters.

The song of the Lamb is the song of redemption. Just like the Children of Israel coming out Egypt through the Red Sea with the Passover Lamb into the promised land, so Christ shed His blood as the true Passover Lamb. Saved us from Satan (Pharoah), and our Red Sea was the shed blood of Calvary and on our way to the land of promises (Word of God).

And the combination of the Song of Moses and the Lamb say that great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; Just and true are thy ways, thou King of Saints. Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name. For thou are Holy and all nations shall come and worship before thee; for God’s judgments are made manifest. When Christ pours out the 7 vials of wrath He will return to earth with His Saints and save Israel, defeat the beast and his armies, and establish His Kingdom over the whole earth. All saved nations will come to Jerusalem to worship each year (Zech 14:16). Zechariah 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

After the praise and worship John the writer of Revelation looked and saw the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened. This would be the Holy of Holies where the Ark of the Covenant was and God’s glory cloud would rest upon as a testimony to the Lords presence in the days of Moses. Moses was commanded to make a portable tabernacle patterned after the one in heaven. The Children of Israel were led by a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night through the wilderness.

From the Holy of Holies came out 7 angels from the presence of God with their plagues – that is their instructions. Notice, they were clothed in pure and white linen which is the righteousness of the Saints. Revelation 19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. Revelation 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

Their breasts girded with golden girdles. Compare this to Christ in Rev 1:13 standing among the 7 Lampstands. The linen garment showed His priestly role. Golden girdle showed His high rank as both King and Priest. The raptured Saints are priests and kings with Christ. Revelation 1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Here in Rev 15:7 the 4 living ones (group of administrative Saints also seen in Rev 6 where they give orders to the 4 horsemen (another group of Saints that execute the orders). One group of Saints within the 4 living ones gives each of the 7 angels a golden vial full of the wrath of God to be poured out on the earth. Gold symbolizes God’s nature and these judgments are ordered directly by God who lives forever and ever.

Great manifestation of God’s power and presence as these judgments are very powerful indeed and God’s pure wrath with no grace. God manifested His glory smoke in the O.T.. Exodus 19:18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

Revelation 16:1.2 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. 2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image. The great voice was God saying to the 7 angels to go their way and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. When the first angel poured out his vial upon the earth a noisome and grievous sore came upon the men which had the mark of the beast and upon them which worshipped his image. Compare Rev 8:7 (1st trumpet - heaven’s view) to 1st vial of Rev 16:2 - earth’ view (see chart). Revelation 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

Revelation 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea. Notice that they blasphemed God for these plagues but repented not to give Him glory. They knew in their heart these plagues were from God but they chose to be willfully arrogant and rebellious and defiant in repentance from their evil thoughts and actions. Revelation 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. 15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. 16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. These 3 unclean frogs represent a plague on the whole earth as in the days of Moses. They were considered unclean and loathsome. Notice they come up of the mouth of the dragon, beast and the false prophet. They takes their orders from the satanic trinity (Satan, Beast, false prophet). Remember, when Satan was cast down to earth after the rapture (Rev 12:7-9) his powerful angels were cast down with him. They alone could

number in the millions not to mention the demons already on the earth
number in the millions not to mention the demons already on the earth. These fallen angels can do powerful miracles. They have greater spiritual power over the elements than demons (a much lower rank of evil spirits – see Lucifer’s Kingdom). Calling these fallen angels spirits of devils is because they are like their spiritual father Satan - call the devil. Notice what these devils do. They work satanic miracles possibly visibly appearing as advanced aliens brought here by the same UFO’s that removed the undesirables (saved Christians) in a twinkling of an eye when in reality it was Christ removing them from the earth at the rapture. Satan’s devils in the time of Moses did many great satanic miracles recorded in book of Exodus. As Aaron's rod was changed into a serpent, so were those of the Egyptian magicians. Aaron turned the water into blood; so did the magicians. Aaron brought up frogs; so did the magicians. Beyond that, Pharaoh's magicians could not do. Satan, knows Christ is about to return, and he marshals the armies of the nations to a place called Armageddon (Valley of Jezreel in Jerusalem). The beast will convince them that return of Christ and His Saints is an invasion from outer space to take over the earth. After all, it was Antichrist’s connection with outer space and his successful star war rise

with help from Satan and his fallen angles before the rapture that deceived the whole world (see timeframe 1 in chart below and Daniel 7, Daniel 8). That great day of battle against the Almighty is recorded in Rev 19:11-21 Revelation 19:11-21 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

When the 7th angel poured out his vial into the air, a great voice (God) out of the temple’s throne saying, ‘it is done’. This reminds us of Jesus final words on the cross ‘it is finished’. Jesus came to fulfill all that was written about His first coming in the Law, writings, and Prophets. Now God is finished fulfilling all that was written about the terrible Day of the Lord and God’s pure wrath.

Voices, thunders, lightning's and a great earthquake such as never was since the time of Adam and Eve till now. Every island fled away (dissappeared) and every mountain was not found – that is – they were toppled or sunk into the earth. This reminds us of John the Baptist’s words in Luke 3:4-6 when all flesh shall see it together. In other words this prophecy could only be fulfilled in the day worldwide television and internet.

Luke 3:4-6 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth; 6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. First we had that terrible earthquake when the 6th seal was opened that caused the sun to become blank and moon red. Every mountain and island were moved out of their place. The stars appear to fall from heaven as figs from a fig tree shaken by a mighty wind. The heaven (star constellations) above seen to move as a scroll. We know the earth experienced a shifting of its axis. Then came the 7th seal with its tremendous heat burning up the elements and evil works of men. The two witnesses on top of this caused it not to rain for last 3 ½ years as part of the 6th trumpet/vial judgment. The polar caps would have melted almost completely resulting in great distribution of weight on the earth. This final earthquake of the 7th seal makes the earth upright, islands completely lost, new continents surface, all mountains made low, and the oceans seas. the tremendous evaporation of water would restore the water canopy of Gen 1:8.

2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. As a result of the mightiest earthquake since man was upon the earth, a hail storm of stones each weighing about a talent (Jewish talent was about 113 lbs.). We are told in Rev 16:19 all the cities of the nations fell. Mostly every city today has its tall buildings called skyscrapers. They all will be toppled violently. In the O.T. these buildings are called high towers.

Isaiah 2:12-21 For the day of the Lord of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low: 13 And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan, 14 And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up, 15 And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall, 16 And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures. 17 And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day. 18 And the idols he shall utterly abolish. 19 And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the Lord, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth. 20 In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idolsof gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats; 21 To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the Lord, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake.

Rev 24:19-21 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. 20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again. 21 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.

Notice now, that great city Babylon which is the religious and commercial capitol of Babylon was not overlooked by God and God poured out on Babylon the full intoxication (wine) of his fierce wrath. The city was broken up into three separate parts by the earthquake. Rev 17 and Rev 18 fill in many details concerning this great city of Babylon.

To understand the full picture compare this with Rev 11:15-19 ( 7th trumpet – heaven’s view) of 7th vial of Rev 16:17-21 which is earth’ view. Rev 17 is a catch up chapter with a lot of detail so as not to have broken up the chronological narrative of 7th trumpet/vial judgment. This chapter catches up on what has been happening with this great city of Babylon that makes God pours out His full wrath on her as said in Rev 16:19

Revelation 17:1-6 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: 2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. In Rev 16:19 God refers to the great city of Babylon as the source of His wrath when He pours out the last judgment of the 7th seal - the 7th vial judgment. Here in Rev 17, one of the 7 angels that poured out the 7 vial judgments called this great city of Babylon a great whore that sat on many waters. The angel confirms this in Rev 17:18 Revelation 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth. By the city being called a woman, this city is just not a commercial city but a religious city. In Rev 21 John the write of Revelation was shown God’s city call the New Jerusalem) that will descend upon the earth after the 1000 year reign of Christ and the Saints on the earth. This 1000 years is called the Millennium. John also calls that city the Lambs wife. We know the wife of Christ is His perfected

Church He died for. The perfected Saints of Christ’s Church will live and rule the universe from the New Jerusalem. The new Jerusalem will also be the commercial capitol of the universe for we are told the nations will bring their honor and glory into it. Revelation 21:9,10 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. 10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, Revelation 21:24-26 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. 25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. 26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. Babylon is the religious and commercial capitol of the empire of the beast. As the New Jerusalem is called the Lamb’s wife who is holy and pure and the eternal home of the Church lives and rules over all the kings of the earth, Babylon is the opposite. She is called a great whore and has

This is spiritual fornication and is nothing new. It is the granting of favor in return for services rendered. In the middle ages it was the sale of indulgences to have great license to sin and not go to hell but to temporary place called purgatory. Your length of stay determined by the amount of indulgences you bought for yourself or loved ones already there. Babylon grants favor status to nations who support her religious doctrines and lies. In return, favor is given to sell their commercial ware and of course a percent would go to Babylon. The inhabitants of the earth are made drunk by the commercialism and goods available to them from all over the world (see Rev 18 for a list of goods traded).

The angel takes John the writer of Revelations back in time in the Spirit to the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period. This was after the rapture when Satan had been cast down to earth. Then Antichrist received a deadly wound after 2nd seal was opened. Satan incarnates him and brings him back to life. Through this incarnation Satan has taken over Antichrist’s Empire. Rev 13 now calls him the beast. This is when Antichrist is revealed as the man of sin, son of perdition.

There are two notable differences. First, Rev 17:3 sees a woman sitting upon the beast of Rev 13:1. Second, the beast is scarlet colored. We identified the woman as the great whore – Babylon. We identified her as that great city - commercial and religious capitol of the Beasts Empire. Tyre Babylon Jerusalem

In Rev 13 we were also introduced to a 2nd beast who had all the power of the 1st beast but looked like a lamb but spoke as a dragon. This is the false prophet who is the head of the beast’s religious system just as the Pope is head of the Catholic Church today. Rev 13 told us He gives favor to the Beast by promoting worship of the beast and who ever does not worship the beast and receive his mark should be killed. This is why the woman – the religious system of Babylon is sitting on the beast – the political system. Both are using each other for power, position, control and prestige. The beast is scarlet colored because scarlet is always identified with blood shed sacrificially. The beast and the false prophet will be responsible for the death of untold number of Christians during the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period (Rev 13).

When John saw the woman she was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls. Babylon, as we shall see is not Rome but there is a connection. However, if one were to visit the Vatican in Rome they could not come away without noticing the predominance of purple and scarlet especially in clothing representing a mixture of royalty (purple) and scarlet (royalty but of a religious stature). Christ’s robe was scarlet. Scarlet was much prized by the ancients, Ex 25:4; 26:1,31,36. It is assigned as a merit of Saul, that he clothed the daughters of Israel in scarlet, 2Sa 1:24. So the diligent and virtuous woman is said to clothe her household in scarlet, Pr 31:21.

Babylon was decked with gold, precious stones and pearls. This also reminds one of the Vatican. Everything is of the highest value. Of course, all this money comes in from its faithful followers worldwide. Babylon is enriched by the kings and inhabitants of the whole world by its potent mixture of religion and commerce. In her hand was a golden cup – everything done in the name of God. Cup was full of abominations (idolatry) and filthiness of fornication (it does not matter what your lifestyle is as long as your part of Babylon Church you partake of its religious and commercial blessings).

Upon this woman’s forehead was a name written ,MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. What a name. First it is not just BABYLON but MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT. What is the mystery that made her the MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS IN THE EARTH. Before we unravel the mystery we are told she is drunk. Drunken means she is satiated, binged out on the blood of the Saints and Martyrs of Jesus. It is the Church of the Beast under the rule of the false prophet that goes on a killing spree of 3 ½ years called the great Christian Tribulation period right after the rapture (see Rev 6,7,12,13,14 and ref chart).

I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. 8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. 9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. 10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. 12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

Revelation 17:6,7 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. 7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. John marveled with great admiration and this whole vision he saw in the wilderness where the Spirit took him (Rev 17:3). The wilderness describes an experience that the Church goes through during the 3 ½ year Christian tribulation period (see Rev 12:6). John had great admiration not that he admired the woman for what she stood for, John was just overwhelmed with the symbolism and the angel knew that. The angel says to John and says why are you overwhelmed and marvel at all this. It all has serious meaning. The angel says I will explain the mystery of the woman, and the beast that carried her, that had 7 heads and 10 horns.

Rev 16:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. In Rev 11:7 the beast that was, and is not, and ascends out of the bottomless pit and goes into perditon was referenced as killing the two witnesses just before the Lord visibly returns. The Beast that ascended out of the bottomless pit is Antichrist the man as well as Satan. Satan after the rapture is cast down to earth (Rev 12:7-9). Satan then incarnates the dead body of Antichrist who dies from a deadly wound as a result of the 2nd Seal opened shortly after the rapture. Antichrist comes back to life as both Antichrist the man and Satan incarnated. This is when Antichrist is revealed as the man of sin/son of perdition (2 Thess 2:3,4).When Christ returns He defeats the beast (see Kingdom). Christ casts the beast and the false prophet live into the lake of fire (Rev 19:20). After dying the death of a mortal, God takes Satan and he is bound in the bottomless pit for a 1,000 years and loosed again and ascends out for a short time (Rev 20:1-3). The was, is not, yet is, will be explained by the angel.

The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. 10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. We already studied this verse in identifying the 7 heads of Dragon of Rev 12:2 and Rev 13:1 (click on verse for review). The 7 heads again are listed in table below. Revelation 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. Remember, John is having this vision during the time of the Roman Empire. This beast with 7 heads and 10 horns is past, present and future. The angel tells John Satan had ruled over the first 5 heads (Egyptian, Assyrian, Babylonian, Persian, Grecian) so they would be past. The 6th head was the current empire – Roman Empire of John’s day. 7th Empire that was going to come in the future from John’s day would be Antichrist’s and would last a short time (short compared to length of other empires). So this beast was, is and is not is true. Now the angel makes this startling statement. The 8th head of the beast is the same as the beast with the 7 heads and 10 horns and will be from the 7th . The only way this could be true is if Antichrist died and came back to life as both the person of Antichrist (7th head) and Satan incarnated. This dual personality makes Antichrist same person and yet different. Before the rapture Antichrist was a man of deception who came to power with all of Satan’s power, signs and lying wonders backing him up (see Daniel 7, Daniel 8). After the rapture and Satan is cast down to the earth, and Antichrist’s death wound, Antichrist is now revealed as the

Man of Sin and the Son of Perdition exactly as 2 Thess 2:3 and Rev 17:11 tell us. Antichrist the 7th head after a mysterious death and resurrection is now the 8th head in that he is the same man and Satan manifest in the flesh. Jesus was God manifest in the flesh (Mystery of Godliness 1 Tim 3:16) and now we have Satan in the flesh (Mystery of iniquity 2 Thess 2:6,7). Revelation 17:12-14 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. 14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. The number ten (10) is used prophetically as a round number (see ref chart). These 10 horns represent whatever number of nations that exist at the time of these prophetic fulfillments that are within the old Roman Empire geographic land area. These would be nations from both East and West Europe (see Daniel 7 where Daniel tells us who the 10 horns are). When John was given this vision these 10 horns did not exist yet because the Roman Empire did not divide into East and West yet and nation states only began to come into existence in the 16th and 17th centuries. The modern nation states that we know today as France, Spain, Italy, etc are nations that will support Antichrist after he comes to power to form his empire before the rapture (see Daniel 7, Daniel 8).

Though we have identified the 10 horn nations and they are part of Antichrist’s Empire before the rapture, we know after the rapture Antichrist receives a deadly wound and Satan enters his body and brings him back to life. This is when Antichrist is revealed as the man of sin/son of perdition. Revelation now calls Antichrist the beast (see Rev 18:6 for review). This is the 8th head which is of the 7th head of the beast. Remember, after the rapture Satan down to earth by Michael and his angels (Rev 12:7-9). It was God that took peace from the earth when Christ opened the 2nd seal. Nuclear war, was followed by worldwide, pestilence, earthquakes (see Rev 6 – 6 seals also ref chart). Rev 13 told us of Antichrist becoming the beast. How the whole world except believers will worship the beast and the dragon (Satan) for his ability to make war. Rev 13:3-8 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

The beast made war with the Saints for 42 months (3 ½ Christian tribulation period). Notice power was given to him for that time (U.N.). Now look at Rev 17: The 10 horns

Again are the nations of East and West Europe that came out of the old Roman Empire land area. They made up the heart of the Beast’s Empire but had their own ruling kings. Now, the U.N. gives the Beast and the kings of the 10 horn nations to enforce the mind of the beast who himself is Satan. Rev 13 covered the 3 ½ year Christian tribulation period during this time called 1 hour (short time – Rev 17:12). These 10 horn nations will enforce who buys and sells from Babylon. They will enforce trade routes and what ships can go and come. They will control the flow of oil. Worst of all, they will follow the orders of the beast and false prophet to kill anyone that does not receive the mark of the beast or keeps the commandments of Jesus Christ (Rev 12, Rev 13). Beast and 10 horn nations will make war with Christ and be defeated.

The beast and these 10 horn nations make war to try and prevent the return of Christ. Rev 17:14 says that Christ will overcome (defeat) them for He is Lord of lords and King of Kings. Notice the referral to the raptured Saints that will return with Christ. They are called chosen and faithful. This battle between Beast and His armies and Christ and the Saints is summed up in Rev 19.

The angel tells us that the waters the great whore sat on (religious system of Babylon called MYSTERY BABYLON THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS IN THE EARTH headed up by the false prophet) are peoples, multitudes, nations, tongues. So we see the far reaching arms of this religious organization reaching out from Babylon worldwide. The angel says that the 10 horns (nations of East/West Europe) that were given 1 hour with the beast during the 3 ½ year Christian tribulation period will hate the whore – the worldwide religious system of Babylon. This hatred is openly manifested when the Beast destroys her making her desolate,

The woman had sat on the beast for control, position, and power. The beast and its 10 horn kingdom tolerated her because she served a useful purpose. She is drunk on killing all the Christians. Now, Antichrist as the beast has no use for her because he wants to be worshipped now as God.

Before the rapture when Antichrist was just the man of deception he worship Satan as his god. After the rapture and Satan been cast down to earth, Antichrist dies from a deadly wound. Satan incarnates him and brings him back to life. This is when Antichrist is revealed as the man of sin/son of perdition. Revelation calls him the beast (Rev 13). Antichrist is now also Satan in the flesh. The beast wants to be worshipped as God but first uses the false prophet and his Mystery Babylon religion to kill as many true Christians as he can who worship the true God. The U.N. gives him whatever power and authority for 42 months to do this (Rev 13). During

The 3 ½ year Christian tribulation period Christians are killed without number (Rev 14). After this 3 ½ year period ended the Day of the Lord also known in reference to the Jews as Daniel’s 70th week began which last for 7 years (see chart below and ref chart. From a study of Daniel’s 70th week we know that in the middle of the week (about 3 ½ years) he breaks his treaty with Israel and sits in the temple to show that he is God. Paul spoke of this (2 Thess 2:4) 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Notice Paul says he opposes anything or anyone else that says their God. The beast having no need of Babylon and is fully concentrating on making Jerusalem his world capitol< he and his ten horn nations destroy Babylon fulfilling the will of God. This happens just prior to Christ’s visible return. The destruction of Babylon and how great a city it was from it’s commercial side is the subject of Rev 18.

When John says after these things he is referring to Rev 17 when he was taking into the wilderness to see the woman (religious system centered in Babylon having as its head the false prophet) called MYSTERY BABYLON MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS IN THE EARTH that rode the beast (Satan’s political kingdom after the rapture). She was drunk with the blood of Saints and martyrs she has killed during the 3 ½ yr Christian tribulation period (see ref chart). Now another angel (messenger) comes down from heaven having great power, and he gave off so much light that the earth was lightened by this glory. This could be Christ as He is called a might angel in Rev 10:1 and His face was as the sun. Revelation 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

And he cried mightily with a strong voice. Again, Rev 10:3 speaking of Christ as a mighty angel and speaking with a loud voice as when a lion roars. Revelation 10:3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. Like the vision of Rev 17 which filled in what was happening with Satan’s religious and ecclesiastical system – MYSTERY BABYLON basically from after the rapture till it’s destruction as part of 7th trumpet/vial judgment Rev 18 is a fill in chapter that now covers the same period with the focus on the commercial city of Babylon.

We saw in Rev 6 (heaven’s view) and Rev 14 (earth’s view) of the 3 ½ year Christian tribulation period when the 1st seal was opened messengers were sent over the whole earth to preach the everlasting Gospel and prophesy and warn of the 7 yr Day of the Lord (7th seal 7 trumpet/vial judgments) that was coming which would be with God’s pure wrath – no grace (see ref chart).

Here in Rev 18:2 Christ Himself is prophesying as part of the messengers of the 1st seal. Rev 14 tells us one of the messengers flying over the whole earth gave this warning. Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Babylon does not fall till Rev 18 the current chapter, but God was warning those already in Babylon to get out before God pours His full wrath out on it. Rev 18:2 Jesus is giving the same message but adds more detail of why it will be judged and what happens to Babylon after it falls. Christ says it becomes the habitation of devils, hold of every foul spirit, cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

Babylon – a habitation of devils
Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. Babylon – a habitation of devils Babylon becomes a habitation of devils (translated demons). We know Satan will be bound for a 1000 years when Christ returns. The demons that are in league with Satan, and obviously will congregate in Babylon, Satan’s religious and commercial capitol of his empire. It is not surprising then that demons during the 1000 yr reign will hang out in Babylon to not only remember what to them would be the good old days but also God has restricted their wanderings on the earth to the location of Babylon during this time.

Hold (prison) of every foul spirit
Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. Hold (prison) of every foul spirit Jesus told us about foul or unclean demon spirits. Matthew 12:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. From this we see that foul or unclean spirits do not find any rest in dry or desolate places. They are more at home in a human body because demons once had a body (see Lucifer’s Kingdom). However, After God destroys Babylon and makes it completely desolate for ever, it appears at least during the 1000 yr Millennial reign that the location of Babylon will be a holding or prison place for them. They will wander, and wander but not find any human body to enter.

Cage for every unclean and hateful bird
Thre are several O.T. scriptures showing that the land of Babylon will be desolate forever and will be a cage (a holding place for every unclean and hateful bird). Isaiah 34:9-15 And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch. 10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever. 11 But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness. 12 They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her princes shall be nothing. 13 And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls. 14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest. 15 There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.

Isaiah 13:19-22 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. 20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there. 21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs shall dance there. 22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged. Jeremiah 50:35-39 A sword is upon the Chaldeans, saith the LORD, and upon the inhabitants of Babylon, and upon her princes, and upon her wise men. 36 A sword is upon the liars; and they shall dote: a sword is upon her mighty men; and they shall be dismayed. 37 A sword is upon their horses, and upon their chariots, and upon all the mingled people that are in the midst of her; and they shall become as women: a sword is upon her treasures; and they shall be robbed. 38 A drought is upon her waters; and they shall be dried up: for it is the land of graven images, and they are mad upon their idols. 39 Therefore the wild beasts of the desert with the wild beasts of the islands shall dwell there, and the owls shall dwell therein: and it shall be no more inhabited for ever; neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation.

The reason Christ gives for the destruction of Babylon is her fornication with all the kings of the earth. Again, these Kings are given special commercial favors to be rich in material abundance in return for their loyalty to Babylonia's religion MYSTERY BABYLON.

Another voice. Could be one of the messengers flying over the earth in Rev 14 warning and prophesying as part of the 1st seal during the 3 ½ year Christian tribulation period. Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

This messenger is saying to God’s people (my people vs 4) to come out of Babylon so they are not partakers of the plagues that will come upon her for her sins. Babylon sins have reached unto heaven, meaning God had enough of their sins and iniquities (evil ways). The messenger says reward Babylon as she has rewarded you. Babylon is responsible for the deaths

Of untold numbers of Saints and Martyrs. She is drunk on their blood (Rev 17:6). The angel says reward her double because of her works. In other words, punish her fro what she did to the Saints and Martyrs and punish her for her fornication with the kings of the earth. She hath glorified (enriched herself) and lived deliciously (lavishly). Give her great torment and

Revelation 18:4-8 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. 6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. 7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. 8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. Sorrow for she said I sit a queen (Beast would the King) – she thinks this political religious alliance is her doing and in her heart she is no widow (sad and alone). In one day God will pour out His plagues upon her. The result is death, mourning, famine, and utterly burned with fire for strong is the Lord God who judges her (see Rev 17:16)

Isaiah 47:7-15 And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it. 8 Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children: 9 But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments. 10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me. 11 Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know. 12 Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail. 13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee. 14 Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it. 15 Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.

Revelation 18:9-11 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, 10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. 11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: When the kings of the earth who have so actively involved with Babylon and also lived deliciously (lavishly) with her they bewail her (cry over he) and lament (sorrow) over her as they watch the smoke of her burning (watch by television, Internet, etc). Notice, the nations keep a good distance from the fear of her torment. This has all the evidence of a nuclear bomb(s) dropped on Babylon. Her ongoing torment would be nuclear radiation and fallout so the nations try to keep a safe distance. Such a great city, such a mighty city and in one hour completely judged. All the merchants of the earth that traded with her, taking goods to her and from her mourned over her, and now no man is buying their merchandise.

Revelation 18:12-13 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, 13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. This is a list of merchandise the merchants would bring and sell to other merchants at Babylon. Gold, silver and precious stones tops the list. Followed by pearls, fine linen pf purple, silk, and scarlet. Thyine wood and all manner of vessels made of ivory, precious wood, iron and marble. Cinnamon, and odors, ointments, frankincense, wine, oil, fine flour, wheat, beasts, sheep, horses, chariots (probably referring to automobiles), slaves, souls of men (a belief in paying like in medieval times money to buy indulgences for the dead soul. Or it could be people who are said to have the ability to be physic or communicate with the dead. Or new age purposes such as channeling and being a spirit guide for the ascended masters or other deceptive demon spirits.

Revelation 18:14-15 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. 15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, 16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! The fruits that the souls of the merchants lusted after are departed from them. All the dainty and goodly things will not be found any more at all. The merchants that traded in these things and made their living coming and going, buying and selling and were made rich, now are standing afar off in the distance because of the fear of her torment (radioativity). They are weeping and wailing. They were saying over and over again how great and mighty the city was. The city was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls.

And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, 18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! 19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. 20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. We heard the lamenting of the kings of the earth, the merchants of the earth, now we hear from every shipmaster (Captain of the ship), and all his company aboard the ships, and sailors, and all those that trade by sea. They all stood afar off and cried and many cast dust on their head (Oriental custom for mourning) when they saw the billowing smoke from her burning. They said there never was such a city like the great city of Babylon by which they were made rich by reason of her costliness and now in one hour her judgment came and she lay desolate. Rejoice, ye Holy Apostles and Prophets, for God has avenged (given payback) for killing them.

Revelation 18:21-24 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. 22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; 23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. John the writer of Revelation sees a mighty angel (messenger) take a stone that was like a millstone (average mill-stones were about two feet in diameter, and half a foot in thickness – this was a great millstone - larger) and cast it into the sea. The angel was showing the violence that the great city of Babylon would experience. First, the great millstone would make a hugh splash and then sink to the bottom never to rise again.

The voice of harpers (musicians and singers) , pipers and trumpeters (instruments played by mouth – flutes, saxes, etc), will never be heard again in Babylon. No craftsman or whatever craft their be (no more hugh craft fairs). No sound of millstones (making of breads, cakes, and goods made for consumption).

No more candle light to shine in the city. No more elegant street lighting and all that glitters using electricity. Voice of bridgegroom and bride will cease (no more marriage). It was by Babylons sorceries that the great merchants brought deception to all nations. In Babylon was found the blood of prophets, Saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. Babylon’s religions system started in Babylon after the flood of Noah under Nimrod and building of the tower of Babel. From there Satan moved it to Pergamus in Asia, then Rome, and back to Babylon where it is judged for all its murders.

And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. 4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia. After the destruction of Babylon on earth in heaven there was much rejoicing by much people. These are the Saints that will be gathered from the 4 corners of the earth that were saved after the rapture but not killed during the 3 ½ year Christian tribulation period. This would include the 144,000 Christian Jews and Gentiles that were sealed in their foreheads in Rev 7 (see ref chart) now raptured before God’s throne. This is a fulfillment of Matt:24:31

When the When the Manchild (true Church) was raptured in Rev 12 the Saints said Salvation and glory (Rev 12:10). When the Tribulation martyrs were resurrected in Rev 7 they said Salvation and glory (Rev 7:10). Here in Rev 19:1 the sealed Saints that were much (many) people say Alleluia: Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, unto our Lord our God. Salvation meaning they are now perfected before God, body, soul, and spirit. They go on to say true and righteous are God’s judgment upon Babylon the great whore who corrupted the earth with her fornication. God has avenged the Saints whose blood was shed by her hand. Again they rejoiced and said her smoke would ascend forever and ever.si

Saints that are already in heaven (see Rev 4) and the 4 living ones another group of Saints that seem to have administrative duties (see Rev 4, Rev 5, Rev 6) worshipped with the many sealed Saints God that sat on the throne saying Amen and Alleluia.

A voice came from the throne saying Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. A command to praise God from the least to the greatest among the Saints goes forth. John the writer of Revelations hears not a clear voice from a vast multitude which would be from every tongue, tribe, kindred, nation but the voice as if one listened to many waters, and the praise reached great crescendos as the voice of mighty thunders saying Alleluia: for the Lord God reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is at hand, and His wife (Saints) had made herself ready. This is because the Saints were judged by Christ to see what their righteous works are.

2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 1 Corinthians 3:13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. Rev 11:18 told us when the 7th trumpet (heavens view of the 7th vial) an announcement was made to give rewards to the Prophets, Saints, servants and them that fear thy name small and great and destroy them (Beast and his armies) that destroy the earth. The judgment seat of Christ and the marriage between Christ and His completed Church in heaven is right before Christ and the Saints leave heaven for that final battle of Armageddon (Rev 19:11-21) and after the rival woman Babylon is destroyed. Revelation 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Revelation 19: And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And so now the wife (Saints in heaven) is arrayed in fine linen, clean and white. Fine linen is the righteous works of the Saints. This would be considered the outward garment seen by all and honored by all. The inner garment is the fine linen which is the Righteousness Christ gives all the Saints. We are not told where the marriage takes place but it will be in heaven. However, the marriage supper takes place on the earth and blessed are they which are called to it. The place will be Mount Zion. Notice Isaiah 25:6-8 talks of the veil be lifted from the whole earth and a feast for all people. Isaiah 25:6-8 And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of

fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.
7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations. 8 He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it. Luke 13:28-30 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. 29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. 30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last. Only believers will be allowed to the marriage supper of the Lamb. Only they will have the correct spiritual clothing Matthew 22:11-14 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. 13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

Revelation 19: And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. The messenger told John the writer of Revelation that what he heard are the true sayings of God. John fell at his feet to worship him but John was rebuffed politely saying not to do that for this messenger was a fellow servant and a brother in Christ. Worship God for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit pf prophecy. Here, once again we see that God has called the Saints to judge the earth. So in many cases where we read the word angel it is denoting the office of a messenger rather than the an angelic being. A study of what these angels wear tells us who they are. As we saw the 24 elders, 4 living ones, 4 horsemen, 4 angels, 7 angels are all the redeemed saints acting in different groups to do a specific task in Revelation.

Revelation 19:11-16 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

John saw heaven opened. Before heaven was opened the heavens would have been darkened by all the plagues. John saw Jesus riding on a white horse. His name was faithful and true, and in righteousness He does judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire. This matches Rev1:14 when John first saw the resurrected Christ. On His head were many crowns because He is Lord of lords and King of kings. On His forehead was a name that only He knew and He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood. In other words His vesture was blood red speaking of Himself as the slain Lamb of God at Calvary. He also had another name besides faithful and true and that is Word of God. This agrees with John 1:1-4 John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

We know from Acts 1:10-12 that when Jesus returns He will be seen in the same manner as He ascended (no horse involved). Acts 1:10-12 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. 12 Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey. Notice Jesus ascended from the Mount of Olives (vs 12). Zechariah 14:3,4 records His feet touching down on the very same mount of Olives just as angels said in Acts 1:11 Zechariah 14:3-4 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. 4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

Finally we have a description by Isaiah as Christ is flying through the air toward Mount Olives bringing judgment on His enemies along the way. Isaiah 63:1-6 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat? 3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment. 4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. 5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. 6 And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.

Revelation 19:14-16 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. The armies which were in heaven are all the Saints that were married to Christ and became His wife. Notice they are clothed in fine linen, white and clean. These are the righteous works the Saints were clothed when the wife made her self ready for the marriage (Rev 19:8). Notice also they are riding on white horses. Again, the Saints will not be riding white horses. The horses represent strength going into battle and white denotes this is a work of righteousness. This heavenly army follow Christ who is in the lead. Rev 19:15,16 tells us that out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it Christ will smite the nations. Rev 19:13 said His name is the Word of God and the sword symbolizes His Word. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Christ is going to rule them with a rod of iron. Christ’s return to set up His Kingdom and rule the nations is all told in Psalm 2 Psalms 2:1-18 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,

3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. 7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. 8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. 9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. 10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

Christ treadedth the winepress with His fierceness and wrath as almighty God. We saw in Rev 14:19,20 that part of the great signs in the heavens during the 3 ½ Christian tribulation period was the whole sky as a video showing Christ thrusting in the sickle and gathering the vine of the earth and casting into the great winepress of the wrath of God. Revelation 14:19,20 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. 20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

Christ had on His vesture that He was wearing and on His thigh another name besides the Word of God and Faithful and true. This name was King of Kings and Lord of Lords. This goes along with the many crowns on His head (Rev 19:12).

Revelation 19:17,18 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; 18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. Another angel (messenger) standing in the sun and cries with a loud voice speaking to all the fowls that fly in the air, and invites them all to gather together to a supper the great God is going to give them. The main menu will consist of the flesh of kings, captains, mighty men, horses and their riders, along with the flesh of all men, both free and slave, small and great. Before the battle takes place God announces to the fowls of the air His complete victory over the Beast and his armies and what a great supper they are going to be. Ezekiel 38 and 39 (see Gog and Magog) talk of the Beast and his armies given over to this great supper of God. We read in Ezekiel 39:17-22 Ezekiel 39:17-22 And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon

the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.
18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan. 19 And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. 20 Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord GOD. 21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them. 22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.

Revelation 19:19-21 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. The beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies gathered together to make war against Christ and the Saints. Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Revelation 19:19-21 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. 2 Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Beast was taken along with the false prophet (see Rev 13 about the mark of the beast and the image) and was cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. The remnant were slain by Christ Himself just using His spoken word. All the fowls had their great supper and we read they were all filled with their flesh.

Revelation 19:21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. Zechariah 14:12-15 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth. 13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour. 14 And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance. 15 And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.
