2. The Round Function

3. The Round Function
To round a value to the nearest whole number, a is used to indicate no decimal places.
A number as the second argument of the ROUND function rounds a value to the nearest 10s, 100s, and so forth.

4. Sorting Data
Arranging data in a specified is called sorting. Rows can be sorted in either order (low to high) or order (high to low).
Ascending order is also called order when the data is text and order when the data is times or dates.
To sort data in ascending order, select a and then click Sort . To sort data in descending order, click Data – Sort .

5. Sorting Data
Sorting using the A to Z or Z to Z buttons use the column as the key sort column, the column that contains the values that a sort is based on.
To designate a different key sort column, click Data – . Select a column label from the list, select values in the Sort on list, and select the Order, such as Largest to Smallest:
