We have strong ties with the Athletics Dept. in Orange County and reached out to the to begin piloting supper. Using the video you just watched as inspiration, it wasn’t a hard sell. We onboarded 5 schools’ football program to include freshman, jv & varsity teams who also provided tutoring and health education as part of their practice.
We served everyday of practice and on game days during the season which was approximately 257 meals per day.
Currently
146 out of 150 school that are eligible serve supper.
