3. ‘Third Party / Visitor Register’
[Find Third Party] Third Party / Visitor Register
Finding a Third Party is done via the Third Party / Visitor Register, this is found under People in the Menu Bar
The Third Party / Visitor Register shows all current people within the register, along with key information about each one

4. [Find Third Party] Page Controls
We can browse through all people in the Register by scrolling through the table and using the page controls at the bottom of the Register

5. [Find Third Party] Sort Lists
To sort the list to suit your requirements, click the column headers
For example, to sort by Last Name, simply click the Last Name column header. Click it again to toggle between ascending or descending alphabetical order

6. [Find Third Party] Smart Search
Smart Search makes light work of finding a particular individual person
Simply start typing the person’s name and with each keystroke, Vault intelligently narrows down the list to only those entries that match
We can do the same thing with any information we’ve captured, for example, address

7. [Find Third Party] View Person
To view the details of a person in the Third Party / Visitor Register, either:
Click the ID number, or
Click Actions, then View
