Flow diagram of patients. Seventy six patients were randomized. Three patients (2 patients from R group and 1 patient from D group) were eliminated due to conversion to open cholecytectomy and 1 patient was excluded from the analysis due to protocol violation (ondansetron administration instead of metoclopramide as a rescue antiemetic). R group; ramosetron alone group. D group: dexamethasone plus ramosetron group.
