Improve the user experience in the LToS portal according to the customer review
Customer feedback documented in M5.1:
Activity already started
Define downtime notification workflow
All downtimes must be registered in the GOC-DB for all components
Access portal will present scheduled downtimes and in future send notification to users
Accounting system integration
Define (extend?) existing policies to get accounting data from the portal
New REST API are under developing by the Accounting team (end of this year)
Manage user-level quota in the LToS SGs
Respond to potential quota overuse and prevent users of the LToS from accessing e-Infrastructure
Finalize the business model for the LToS
Complete operational level agreements

Set up a straightforward support channel for LTOS users
no forcing them to submit to GGUS
Secure channel between SG and the eTokenServer
Relevant only if science gateway cannot obtain a local robot certificate

14. Plans ‘Nice to have’ features
Involve NGI teams in user approval
Define identity vetting manual for user request approvers
Proposal:
The user is affiliated to a research institution, or is collaborating with someone affiliated to a research institution
The user has no other active accounts yet in the LToS platform
The topic of the research that will use the EGI resources is relevant
Expand/advertise the list of services and abstractions available for users
For example VM management interfaces in AppDB  Presentation by Marios today
Advertise national (unconnected) LToS infrastructures (We need quality check!)
Investigate the integration of iRODS in the LToS
Solution already offered by NGI France to LToS users
