4. DEFINATION  This system is defined as a gate pass security system. It's main aim to secure University from outside visitor and the Unauthorized People. Visitor Management System deals with effective control, recording & tracking of visitors and printing of gate passes for visitors. Using Visitor Management System prevents unauthorized persons from entering the premises and makes sure that your facility is a safe place for your staff, students and any authorized guests. 4/4/2018 4

INTRODUCTION  Gate pass security means that there is security on the gate such that the University or any organization remains safe and the unwanted people without work cannot enter inside it.  The outdoor people must have an identity card or the letter of the authorized person to whom he has to meet.  The gate pass security is meant for the security of the University Campus.  This gate Pass security system Aims to provide a better way of monitoring students and professors that will enter and exit the University Campus.
