GENERAL DRESS REHEARSAL; orchestra, chorus, soloists

Note: The above prices include all hotel taxes, mandatory baggage handling fee at hotel (one suitcase per person), gratuities and service charges. Checked bag fees with the airlines are not included. All hotel guest rooms have either One King Bed or Two Double Beds per room. Hotels are centrally located within walking distance to Performance and Rehearsal Venues, sightseeing, restaurants and more. A $ per person deposit is required to secure concert and travel arrangements. ($200 for DCINY and $100 for ATC). Airfare is currently estimated based on current industry standard for the proposed travel dates and are subject to change. Airfare prices will be confirmed 10 months in advance of travel date

A: Yes (%-choir can ‘deviate’ – must return from original group departing airport – possible add’l ticket fees)
Q: Can I use frequent flyer miles to offset cost?
A: No (potential option – ‘land only’ – added logistics)
Q: Will CRS undertake fundraising efforts to help w/ cost?
A: Possibly – balance effort with funds raised/cost off-set
(CRS – structure/mechanism...singers – elbow grease)

A: No, the entire choir does not have to go to make the trip happen (goal: somewhat balanced 70+ %)
