TOK is assessed through an oral presentation and a 1,600 word essay.

CAS is a requirement of IB Diploma
It involves students in a range of activities alongside their academic studies.
May be a single event or a series of sequential events.
CAS gives students a chance to explore passions, develop skills, take risks, lead projects, collaborate with others, persevere, evaluate choices, learn responsibility, make ethical decisions, and sometimes to fail and forge on.

It is a journey of discovery of self and others.
It is individualized according to student interests, skills, values and background.
