Highlights
NC A&T has their own dedicated phone line (this is critical in case of suicidal or homicidal employee)
Masters level clinicians answer all incoming calls
Will check back with caller within 48 hours; with their permission

Will establish a locally –based office in North Carolina to provide local support

Fees
A 3 (three) visit model for EAP services has been approved by NC A&T Cabinet as recommended by the Division of Human Resources.
The following table contains the cost per employee per year under the previous EAP provider (Deer Oaks) and the net increase with the new contract with ComPsych.

Communication and Design – Draft and implement communication strategy and integrate into various communication media.
Training - Schedule employee and manager/supervisor orientation sessions to enhance awareness and optimize utilization.
Develop a management policy focused on mandatory EAP referrals
