Work/Life – A whole person approach, complete guidance, resources and information for any aspect of life Individual Family Legal Financial Fitness For Duty Evaluation – A specialized medical, psychiatric or psychological evaluation to determine if an employee is capable of performing assigned job duties with the established standards for work performance (attendance, quality, quantity) and/or professional conduct. Access to services unlimited number of confidential calls 3 (three) formal visits for University employees Highlights NC A&T has their own dedicated phone line (this is critical in case of suicidal or homicidal employee) Masters level clinicians answer all incoming calls Will check back with caller within 48 hours; with their permission Recommends a separate number for faculty and staff Exhibited knowledge of UNC challenges/unique cultures Will establish a locally –based office in North Carolina to provide local support | Explore. Fees A 3 (three) visit model for EAP services has been approved by NC A&T Cabinet as recommended by the Division of Human Resources. The following table contains the cost per employee per year under the previous EAP provider (Deer Oaks) and the net increase with the new contract with ComPsych.
