Goal Setting What are goals?
A goal is a desired result that a person envisions and then plans and commits to achieve Goals should be straightforward and emphasize what you want to happen. Goals help you to focus your efforts and clearly define what you are going to do. Goal Setting Goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-sensitive. Goals can be long term, short term or intermediate.
6
Why is it important to set goals?
Knowing what one wants to achieve helps us to know what we need to focus on. Goal setting promotes long term vision and short term motivation It helps us to focus on what is important

Examples of Short Term Goals
