The Sussex Community NHS Trust is committed to becoming the UK leader for sustainability. In pursuit of this goal, the Trust approached VGROUP to give its Care Without Carbon scheme a compelling logo and visual identity, supported by brand guidelines. Our solution centred on a classically emotive heart symbol, colour palette and font family to reflect both the healthcare system and the environmental aims of the scheme. Crucially, a set of original illustrations gives the identity clear standout while dovetailing effectively with the NHS visual identity. Now Care Without carbon has an identity that makes it as visible to all stakeholders as it is vital to the Trust.
