2. In all companies is very important to coordinate with transportation logistics. For this reason an excellent (scm) supply chain management is the key for companies to get success.

3. The transportation of source materials and finished products of Bavaria brewery is done by “TEV Company”, Bavaria shipped most of their products by land, for deliveries inside cities, used single trucks; and trucks trailers for long-distance trips to stock distribution with centers in all the country.

4. For single trucks, according to regulations of the Ministry of Transport in Colombia governed under resolution 4100 of 2004 are coded as follows:
C2 Single truck vehicle total capacity: 16,400 kg including tolerance.

5. C3S3 truck-trailers with 3 axles 53,300 kg maximum of capacity
C3S3 truck-trailers with 3 axles 53,300 kg maximum of capacity. This carries with 1620 beer boxes for a total of 48,000 beers each one.

6. From the Valle brewery which is the home where I work, are dispatched daily about 52 trips of wheelers to fill the Huila, Nariño, Caldas, Risaralda, Quindio, Tolima, Caqueta and Putumayo departments.
In order to this logistics operation to being a success, must be coordinated efficiently, client requests for our case SABMiller with the disposition of the vehicles needed to cover these routes.

7. At the same time, transport company logistics will execute planning that has been designed as traceability, route times, preventive maintenance and trained car drivers, GPS system, security. etc.
