2006-non-union groups had access to 5 plans

1 HMO
1 HSA
2008-all groups had access to 5 plans
2014-dropped most expensive PPO, added a plan with a $750 deductible, changed HMO offered to new employees

Teacher Union Insurance Liaison
Spoke directly to Union Board
Met quarterly
Point person for Union insurance questions
Negotiated the 2008 teacher contract
Realized changes were needed
