Sunny Beach Wrestling Championship is the first ever Beach Wrestling event in India.
Beach Wrestling has been an established International Style of amateur wrestling since 2005 by United World Wrestling. It is regarded as the oldest version of international competitive wrestling. Wrestling matches on the sand beaches is very popular in many other countries (in Europe, North America and Africa).
Wrestling in India is more of a lifestyle in India than a sport. Beach Wrestling is one of the fastest growing styles of amateur wrestling. So why not use this amazing style of wrestling to increase your brand awareness and sale!

3. Organizers: Boltz Group and Wrestling Federation of India
Boltz Group is a youth sports organization. We have been committed to help India strengthen its sporting structure as well promoting a sports culture in the country and assisting professional development of Indian sports community. We bring together the sporting world, businesses and government to promote innovation and increased participation in sport.
Wrestling Federation of India understands the importance of developing all styles of wrestling, and is committed to development and success of Beach Wrestling. The event will help to expand the reach of wrestling through non-traditional venue

4. Event Synopsis
Title of the Event - Sunny Beach Wrestling Championship (Men and Women)
Date of the Event– November24-25
Competition Venue– Goa.
Weight Categories:
Men’s Wrestling- 70kg, 80kg, 90kg and Heavyweight category
Women’s Wrestling- 60kg, 70kg and Heavyweight category
Titles to be given- King of the Beach and Queen of the Beach to the winners of heavyweight category
Participants - The event will feature 64 young male and female wrestlers from 8 states in India

It is anticipated that the venue will attract many spectators. The coverage is extended further through mass media and social networking. Over the course of the competition your brand name would be exposed to lakhs of audiences.
Since this competition is a beach event, it will also attract walk-up crowd and tourists.
Invitations will also be sent to many distinguished guests and renowned socialites to promote the championship. Mr. Manohar Parikh, Hon’ble CM of Goa will be the Guest of Honor.

9. Brand Exposure through Printed Material
Your name/logo will appear on event’s promotional flyers, posters, banners, signage and billboards
Signage
Billboard Advertisement on National and State Highways and busy roads in Goa and Mumbai.
Banners and Posters to be put in nightclubs, shopping areas and other important tourist destination in Goa.
Brochure: A brochure would be prepared and sent to the state wrestling federations in 28 states. The local wrestling clubs have thousands of young and seasoned wrestlers and they spread the word through friends and families to many others.

10. Brand Exposure through Media
Your company name would be mentioned in all radio commercials, press release and advertisements
Newspaper- Classic Ads would be given in local and national dailies of Goa before the event. The event will also feature in leading dailies of metro cities and states where wrestling is a popular sport.
Magazine- There would be a magazine partner that would help in pre-event promotion to generate interest about the event they haven’t heard before. The event is supposed to be covered by Planet Goa, Viva Goa and Sportstar and other leading sports magazines
Radio- Radio commercials during popular radio shows on prime time would be played before and during the event. The radio commercials would be aired in Goa and Mumbai.
Television- The event will feature in sports section and sports news of selected sports channels.

Vehicle Promotion: In Goa and Mumbai, a vehicle would be covered in an advertising that would serve as a mobile billboard. This will expose the event and your brand to thousands to people everyday
The event would also be promoted in selected nightclubs and shopping malls in Goa
E) Networking
To raise awareness and visibility, we are trying to partner with local bodies in Goa such as Rotary Club of Goa, Ministry of Tourism in Goa, Progressive Wrestling Association of Goa and more. We are also trying to partner with Incredible India and Swatch Bharat campaign so that we can give back to the community. The event will have one NGO partner. PETA India is being considered as they have a strong media presence.

12. Match Day Promotion
The sponsors would enjoy the benefits of category exclusivity. Yours can potentially be the only company within your category to create exclusive promotions. The brands would have full two days to establish a key relation with the audience as well as support their recreational lives.
The sponsors would have opportunities to put sun umbrella, metal fence, signage and banners during the event. (special signage and banners to be provided by the sponsors). The sponsors can also promote their products during the event breaks. Your brand would also be acknowledged by the Emcee.
