3. Квалификационные требования:
- Qualification Requirements:
Service area shall consist of not less than eight (8) Coffee Tables;
Warehouse, cooking equipment, trash container have to be, etc. hidden;
It is necessary to install additional flooring coating of 2 cm: laminate / parquet;
To provide not less than 3 specialists with at least 12 months experience In public catering (with attachments of CV and copy of Labour book);
To arrange service of trilingual waiters ( Kazakh and Russian).;
To provide trilingual menu;
To provide vegetarian, children's and dietary menu;
To provide POS –terminal for cashless payment
To provide the round-the-clock functioning without days off;
Using of plastic ware is forbidden;
It is forbidden to change purpose of rent within 3 years;
It is forbidden to set up advertising, non-connected with service activities, being selection of the subject;
it is allowed to install supply and exhaust equipment at the expense of the tenant, in the case of approval of the competent authorities.
Tariffs and charges for use of object
The fixed lease payment is 10, (ten thousand five hundred and forty -four) tenge 64 tiyn per 1 square meter per month excluding VAT and utilities (electricity, water and sewerage);
Variable lease payment is a percentage of the projected monthly revenue, determined on the basis of the applicant's own calculations (business plan and financial model).
Deadline for proposals
Proposals are submitted by an applicant or a person representing its interests in a sealed envelope to the address of the Company (Astana city, Kabanbay Batyr 119, the passenger terminal building, room 2042) till a.m. of Astana time on 13 December 2016.
Date, time and place of opening the envelopes with proposals
The meeting of the expert commission on opening envelopes with proposals will be held at p.m. of Astana time on 13 December 2016 at the address: Astana city, the airport, the OPS 14, administrative building “Main office”
Date of summing up the results of the selection 15 December 2016.
The winners are determined by the applicants, scored maximum criteria points for determining the winner.
Date of announcing winners: 20 December 2016.
