2 Urgent presentations with gynaecological malignancy
Relatively uncommon However only 25% of cases are diagnosed through 2ww clinic Ovarian cancer characterised by late presentation Advanced Cervical cancer now less common Rarely endometrial cancer may present with heavy bleeding

Symptomatic presentation associated with more advanced stage Very rare in the under 25s – approx 40 cases a year Major world wide health issue
