Great White Sharks: Almost Extinct
By Sam Bissett

If Sharks were Extinct If Great White Sharks were extinct there wouldn’t be anything to eat any of the sea animals. By having sharks eat sea animals it makes it so that the sea does not get so over populated. If the ocean was to get over populated there would be fish and other animals very close to the shore, and that would make it so that people could not go swimming at the beach as easily. Also if the Great White Shark went extinct the balance of sea animals would be totally different.

Finning As seen in the first video Finning is a big problem in the ocean world right now. Many Fisherman have started to fin sharks because they get a lot of money from it. Finning is when a shark is caught and then all of its fins are cut off. When this happens a shark can no longer move in the water, instead it just drowns. So many fisherman are doing, which means that so many sharks are dying.

Great White Shark As shown in the second video the Great White Shark does not like to attack humans. It was scientifically proven that the Great White has sensors on its body making it have to taste odd creatures/living things that give off some kind of electricity. It has also been proven that sharks attack surfers most often because below the water the surfer looks like a seal or turtle (Sharks diet consists of seal and turtle). As shown in this slide sharks really are not as bad as everyone thinks they are.
