16 Communicate IF you are going to place a Sharer or Builder under a Builder or another Sharer. CALL them first. Make sure they Commit to Support that placement. If you are placing someone under a sharer/Builder. This is a great way to help a sharer become a builder and to motivate a builder. Placements Training

17 Moves Sign the Person up in the spot in which you THINK they belong.
Lining them up on your front line: the downside you may forget! To move someone , look under the “team” tab in your back office. Eligible enrollees will appear in the “sponsor changes” section. Add the new sponsor’s IPC number and click “finalize changes”. Enrollment changes must be ed to Placements Training

18 “I don’t want to work with the person I first signed up under now!”

19 Late Moves After 6 Months of complete Inactivity a person can doterra and request to be moved. Their downline rolls up to the next level. It does not go with them to the next spot. Inactivity = NO Orders, NO Point Redemption, NO Anything Placements – Placements Training
