Non-receipt/collection of SAF despite repeated extension of deadline by TRAI Consequences Choice of channels by customers not captured – bouquets are continuing by default; Customers’ details not captured in SMS; SMS data not updated; Subscriber Report not being furnished to Broadcasters Objectives of Addressability yet to be achieved

Revenue Sharing : MSO – LCO Basic Tier (MSO) : 45 (LCO) Pay Channel (MSO) : 35 (LCO) LCOs have expressed dissatisfaction with the above formula Billing Issues Itemised billing not yet started because of absence of subscribers’ data; Gross Billing Vs Net Billing Who has to bill & collect Entertainment Tax - LCO or MSO? Clause 14 of TRAI Quality of Service Regulations casts obligation on MSOs to bill Rates of Entertainment Tax Multiple Taxation issues Non-receipt of bills by consumers.
