2 Annual Programme Monitoring (APM)
APM based on the Programme Evaluation Document (PED) and Module Evaluation Document (MED) AQAS (Academic Quality Assurance System) – an electronic repository for MEDs and PEDs Programmes in approved clusters (single programmes or frameworks) ‘Cluster leader’ (usually the Programme Lead) has responsibility to complete the PED

3 AQAS Improves effectiveness and efficiency by:
Single source storage facility for MEDs and PEDs Avoid cutting and pasting into templates, other reference documents can be uploaded Allows Cluster Leads to access MEDs contributing to their programme

4 Who? Module Leads - MEDs Programme Leaders / Cluster Leaders - PEDs
Partners via Partner Programme Evaluation Documents (PPEDs) Needed for Periodic Review Panels and Institutional Review Useful in handover to new staff

5 AQAS provides access to templates and guidance required
What do I do? If I am a module tutor? Use the AQAS system to complete and store your completed module review as well as underpinning information If I am a cluster leader? Use the new PED template which will provide access to MEDs stored in AQAS to assist with completion. AQAS provides access to templates and guidance required
