3 WIOA Measures As Dictated By Federal Regulations
Retention % of exiters who are employed with same employer at 2nd and 4th quarter following exit. SWIS is data source using Federal Employer Identification Number Repeat Customers Percentage of repeat employers using services within the last 3 years. Employer Penetration Rate Percentage of employers using our services out of all employers in the state. (n=250,881)

4 Governor’s Workforce Innovation Report
Monthly report from the Secretary of Commerce and Trade in the governor’s office. In April a dashboard will go live with data. Credentials Target: 50,000 in Virginia Jobs Target: 50,000 middle skill jobs in Virginia Wages Target : family sustaining median wages Return on Investment Target: Increase in taxpayer $ Business Engagement Target: provide services to 50,000 Virginia business per year 75% of business services to be delivered to industry sectors prioritized by Governor *Note use of median wages as in WIOA

8 How Do We Get These Numbers? Business Engagement
Look the employer location ID from AWARE Identified employer locations used prior to Feb. 2017 Business served is total number of business locations in Feb. that had a successful closure prior to Feb. (re-engagement) High Priority is same measure limited to those who employed someone in February in a high demand field.

Better Measure of Number of Business Served SIC Codes Only 53 currently entered in AWARE
