3 Trapezoid Midsegment Theorem:
The midsegment of a trapezoid is parallel to the bases. The length of the midsegment of a trapezoid is half the sum of the lengths of the bases.

The rectangular flag below is constructed by connecting the midpoints of its sides. Use coordinate geometry to prove that the quadrilateral formed by connecting the midpoints of the sides of a rectangle is a rhombus.
