Let us help! Here’s our (totally customizable) process for designing deliverables that work (and work with your deadlines!) every time.

When would you like the deliverable?

3. We Respect Your NDA.
At this stage, we'll also draft a custom Statement of Work for your project, setting expectations for the deliverable and for deadlines.

4. Send Us Your Content.
Already have some content? Perfect! Just send us what you have, and we'll get to work sketching out the best way to translate your work into super-cool visuals. You can send us most anything, but your content will usually fall into one of 4 categories:

5. An Outline. Data. A Template. Existing Slides.
We'll take the story that you and your team have drafted, and create the storyboards and layouts that will bring it to life.
A quick sketch from you can also help communicate your thoughts to us. They don't have to be perfect – chicken scratch on the back of a napkin works!
We love telling stories with data. We'll work with your team to create a story and an analysis plan, outlining the custom graphics and charts that will best visualize your story.
We'll work seamlessly with your branding, integrating your logo, typography, tone, and exact colors to keep your message consistent.
We can create strong visuals while working within your corporate template. We can also recommend ways to improve your template, if desired.
Already have some slides? Great! We’ll use these as a jump-off point to custom- create a design that best showcases and communicates your work.

6. We’ll Get to Work.
With your content in hand, we’ll begin creating your slides. And we don’t work in a black box; our “open” process is collaborative and iterative. We’ll send you updates at agreed-upon intervals, and continually incorporate your feedback as we work toward the final deliverable.

7. Your Final Deliverable.
Once the deck is finalized, we’ll shoot it over to you in .PPT, .PPTX, and/ or .PDF format. All your custom shapes and graphics are included, and any charts and graphs have linked data files. And, it’s all fully editable! Excelsior!
