An integrated professional profile for ECEC educators and teachers
In Europe there is not a common and unique professional profile for ECEC educators and teachers. The integrated profile can be a useful tool to: recruit new personnel; assess people who already work; design on the job and in-service training.

How we have constructed the profile
Inteviews of experts. Focus group with experts. Know how of our organizations. Literature review and analysis of laws and ministerial indications. EQF functioning and rules.

What EQF is and why do we use it?
EQF is a european framework created to compare and translate national qualifications from one country to another Each QUALIFICATION has to be divided in one or more COMPETENCES, and each competence has to be described in KNOWLEDGES and ABILITIES
