There is a total square area of 1,500 m2 with 400 m2 church. The core of this place is the square courtyard with a well in the middle, enclosed by arcades that were used by friars during the rainy days.

3. From the arcades you get to the main building: a welcoming living room with a fireplace, a refectory, the large kitchen, the study and the so-called room of the sheep because of its frescos.

4. On the right there is the church with central nave and wooden altar from the 16th century and paintings from Terenzio Terenz(Il Rondolino) a pupil of Federico Barocci. The wine cellars have ancient barrels, and annexed rooms, including nine bedrooms two of which look like the original cells of the friars and six bathrooms. The decorations of the villa are amazing: the enameled coffered ceilings and also the beautiful floors, the frescos and the original fireplace in the living room.
