4 CREATE 21 New Agent Training Program
12 instructor-led seminars (approx. 2 hrs each) Homework assignments and activities 12 follow up web-based training modules 2 weekly coaching sessions with instructor and classmates Total program length = 6 weeks CREATE 21: Our core training course under CLS is CREATE 21 (Century 21 Real Estate Associate Training and Education). CREATE 21 is our flagship program. I recommend that all of you register for this course. Especially if you are just starting out in real estate. We took all of the great new agent training content that we had accumulated over the years, combined it into one course, and then we broke the entire course up into 12 Instructor lead seminars that are approx.. 2 hrs each. Create 21 is a 6 week long program. The first 3 weeks are those live classes. You log into class 4 days a week for 2 hours with an instructor and maybe 20 or so other students, where you work on a topic for the day. Then you have the rest of the day to practice what you learned as you continue with your business. The second 3 weeks consists of 12 web based training modules, 4 each week, that the class participants have to complete. At the end of each week, there’s a teleconference with the instructor and all of the students who were in your live classes. This course is available for a fee.
