Student Achievement
The idea of being a leader includes recognizing “no single person” has all the information and techniques for leading a school. It takes a relationship between district , administrators, teachers, students parents and the community members working together to accomplish the mission of a campus.
It takes a team to work together for the purpose of identifying and implementing key systems for building the culture/vision of the school.
The team realizes to create step by step plans, continue learning and developing through professional develop. Also, this team understanding the best time to implement plans to perfect and support the schools’ vision by using “specificity” as a technique.
The aspect of performance depends on a team willing to research the latest trends to provide an effective education for learners. For example, the team utilizing was to provide ongoing monitoring of students learning.
It takes a team to assist with providing the best learning experiences that meet the individual needs of a student as defined as the “ Fundamental Purpose” in order to achieve successful academic achievement .

Leadership: Instructional Leader, Organizer, Planner, Motivator & Disciplinarian
As a team player and an instructional leader, working collaboratively with a staff means to devise ways to continue ongoing monitoring of student academic progress. Also, allow students to develop a scale as a way to participating in self- monitoring progress. Developing a time management best for the needs of a campus, I believe consist of delegating to the administrative team and office staff while prioritazing a daily routine.
Assist teachers to develop more than traditional forms of communication but nontraditional ways to inform parents about students academic success . For example, teachers using technology such as skype or to communicate strategies to strengthen learning experiences for students.
“Collective Effort” is the motivating factor to stimulate a team to think of ways together to achieve the mission /vision of a school. All parties such as teachers , students, parents and members in the community must have a voice into the actions implemented into a successful campus while supporting an administrator. This idea involves a team collectively working together by sharing idea in trainings, and public engagements.
The idea to add differentiation to resolve discipline in the classroom and school through an initiative teaching character building and ways to handle emotions such as anger. Teams strategizing with specialist such as the school psychologist and counselor to devise a alternate plan teaching character building or calming place

I envision using conflict resolution practices to resolve differences between teachers, students, parents or individuals in a manner resulting in collaboration and cooperation.
I envision monitoring student academic and behavioral progress, evaluating instruction of teachers, and assisting with providing guidance supporting an positive climate in a learning environment
I envision encouraging commitments for organizing extracurricular activities, assembles, and other special events devise to motivate students learning.

I envision being helpful and reassuring of time management by assisting with implementing and effective campus improvement plan supporting the vision /mission the campus
I envision more importantly to lead by example which I view as having an affair of the heart for education by encouraging teachers, students, parents , staff and community members to become a team in accomplishing the goals of the school.
