6. Project Objective
Implement a statewide Educational Grant Management System (EGMS):
Every Student Success Act (ESSA) is driving the need for a solution that provides a consolidated application that will allow multiple programs to contribute to one grant. It should also provide an intuitive way for program staff to create a form and have it published to grantees. Those grantees should be able to view, share, and update the requested information for OSPI review and processing.
OSPI should be able to use that data to create reports for grant supervisors and submitters to determine if the funds were effectively used in the program and see what results were attained with grant funds.
