Tool 3 : Action Plan Pull everything together and form a simple action plan. Look back at what you have done so far and use this as your framework. A simple action plan template is below. Remember think about what you need to do in small chunks. That way it won’t seem too daunting. What needs to be done? Who needs to do it? When will it be done by? What resources do we need? Who can help?
