14. How to book an apartment?
The best and easiest way is to write directly to Milestone Resident Manager Mrs.Katalin Petreczky, indicating that you are PIFIS
(please put in copy when you to Milestone )
You will receive an answer from Milestone and you will agree in an apartment type.
Then you get the contract in . (Room is reserved for 14 days)
Then you have to pay the fees.
-booking fee:20.-€,
-Advance payment (deposit) 2 x monthly fee
-general los fee 50.-€,
-final cleaning fee 80.-€ .
The fees can be paid together in bank transfer or credit card. Once the fees has arrived to Milestone account room is finally booked. Milestone will send you by the booking confirmation you need for the visa application.
Move-in date will be agreed previously in .
The student will be waited at the reception in the agreed time and all questions will be answered.
