4. Closure All works finished for 19th February
Machine should be immaculate with all waste material removed
There is no cleaning campaign and this is not the job of RP or OP
Machine empty at 15h latest to allow patrol
Access system to be in state to pulse mains morning 22nd February
All EIS to be operational and back in chain before DSO tests

5. What do we do?
Check the chain of control of equipment from CCC software interfaces via controls middleware down to hardware
Ensure that timing, references and associated functions can be loaded to each equipment and that equipment follows correctly its function
Polarity checks to ensure that polarities correct and that power supplies act on correct magnets
Stability checks and heat runs
Ensure all mobile equipment can be moved (vac valves, beam instrumentation, etc) and is left in the correct position
Verification of interlocks
Simulate conditions with beam
Etc, etc, etc…

6. Morning meetings Every weekday morning in CCC at 8h30
To discuss plans for the day and progress follow up
Attendance not obligatory, however….
If you need access
Need to announce delays or problems
Wish to know current status

7. Access Possibility of access during EPC tests
before 9h
Between 12h30-14h
After 18h
All access must be requested at morning meeting with impacts prepared
