11. Funding
Secondary schools and postsecondary institutions must submit annual participation agreement to GSFC.
Postsecondary institutions agree to accept the amount provided by GSFC as full payment for each MOWR student’s tuition, mandatory fees and books.
The Postsecondary Institution receives:
Tuition
Standard undergraduate tuition up to 15 hours
Mandatory Fees
$50.00 per term
Books
$25 per semester hour

Statewide scope proposing to serve approximately 11,000 high need students in approximately 40 schools in the neediest pockets of the state.
Cohort model of the project will follow students from 7th and 8th grade through their first year of college (Cohort Students).
Priority model will follow students from 8th, 9th,10th, 11th and 12th grade who have experienced homelessness or who have been in the foster care system through their first year of college (Priority Students).
