PG&E proposed preliminary plans to use targeted outreach approaches to encourage the adoption of opt-in TOU rates Are there scenarios for a default and opt in basis for inclusion in planning process? PG&E has not developed any enrollment scenarios (opt-in or default) for its proposed residential TOU rates What role might TOU rates have going forward before 2018? and then after 2018?
