2. Go arrest Peter the apostle!
Herod the king laid violent hands on some who belonged to the church. He arrested Peter and put him into prison.

3. And when he had seized him, he put him in prison, delivering him over to four squads of soldiers to guard him. 2

4. Lord. Please rescue Peter from prison
So Peter was kept in prison, but earnest prayer for him was made to God by the church.

5. Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains.4

6. Get up and get dressed. We’re leaving now.5

7. Am I really seeing this? Or is this a dream?6
And he did so. And he went out and followed him. He did not know that what was being done by the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision. When they came to the iron gate leading into the city. It opened for them of its own accord, and they went out and went along one street, and immediately the angel left him.

8. Hi Rhoda? It’s me, Peter! Let me in.
He went to the house where many were gathered together praying.
Really? I have to tell the others!

10. Everyone was so excited that Peter had to tell them to be quiet.
God answered our prayers even though we didn’t believe Him.
