Serve coastal North San Diego County 14.7k credit & 2.4k non-credit students (av age 26) 57% female, 43% male 45% White, 34% Hispanic, 8% API, 4% African Am 1.4k active duty mil/dependents/veterans 204 FT & 673 PT faculty, 368 Class Staff, 29 Admin Gay and Lesbian Alliance (GALA) student club, 1989 Club name, make up and size changes over time In 2010 only a few students w/ minimal visibility 2011, Steven starts advising GSA Club 2012, Steven and dara start LGBTQIA Safe Space Program

Donations: money to ALL student scholarship fundraisers, used books to Queer Library, MCC t-shirts for students, admission price for students to participate in AIDSWalk SD External Resources Community donors: scholarship endowments, prizes for silent auction, cupcakes for annual party / fundraiser One donor gave an entire scholarship: Joe Maak & Pride Resource Partners LLC
