5 Approval of Preview AGM Minutes
The proposed minutes from the 2012, 2013, and 2014 AGMs require approval since they were not posted nor circulated in previous years for members to review. The Board identified the issue in July 2014 and communicated to members that the proposed minutes would be posted and would require approval at the 2015 AGM. All the materials have been posted to the web site and the proposed minutes were circulated as a part of the invitation for the 2015 AGM. Motion to Approve the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Minutes

6 Update from the Town of Gravenhurst
9/12/2018 Update from the Town of Gravenhurst Ward 1 Councillor Heidi Lorenz Images, Graphs and Tables: For graphical information such as images, charts and tables, use the notes pane to describe these objects.  If describing structured charts, describe each element and their interactions. Fonts and Colour: Use sans serif (non fancy) fonts such as Verdana, Lucida Sans, or Arial.  They should be of sufficient size, or larger if projected. Check that foreground and background colour choices provide a high contrast ratio of at least 5:1 so that the foreground content and backgrounds are easily distinguished from each other.

8 Motion to Accept the Financial Update
Over the past 5 years we have grown our cash and investment balance from $5,635 to $14,000. The GSLRA maintain this as a Reserve for major issues, such as Kendari (2010) and Highway 11 re-alignment (2012). In 2009 and 2010, we collected a Special Levy of $9,500 offset by Consultant Fee of $9,162 and increased director and administrative costs for Kendari development issue, which was largely a wash. Memberships increased significantly in 2009/2010 (130) and again in 2012 (101) when we had the special issues. In 2013 and membership fell to 65 and 63 respectively. The only major expenditure that we have on an on-going basis is the MLA water testing, which will be approximately $800 annually. Motion to Accept the Financial Update

15 Appendix: Gull Lake Water Quality
Summary & Recommendations: The spring turnover and yearly phosphorus means are generally consistent and below the DMM threshold of 8.1 μg/L in 2014. E. coli counts were above the MLA upper limit at all near shore sampling locations in 2014, except for GUL- 3. Beacon recommends sampling be continued to monitor long-term trends at all sites.

18 Appendix: Silver Lake Water Quality
Summary & Recommendations: Each spring turnover and yearly phosphorus mean continue to be below the DMM threshold for Silver Lake (13.3 μg/L). E. coli yearly mean values for both SVR-1 and SVR-2 in remain below the MLA upper limit. However, only 1 E.coli sample was collected at both locations in 2014 so caution should be taken while interpreting results. Beacon recommends sampling continue to monitor long- term trends.
