Initiate a Search All contract terms files are stored within contract workspaces, so always search for contract workspace (procurement). Start on the Home tab or Contracts tab. From here, there are two ways to initiate a search: Click the Search menu and select Contract Workspace (Procurement). Ariba will display multiple fields for searching. In the Search portlet, select Contract Workspace (Procurement). Enter criteria. Then click Search. 1 A 1 A B B Page 1 Get Help –

Set Criteria and Search In the Project Type field, verify the document type. To change it, select a new type from the drop down menu. Optional: Click Search Options to add a new search field to the screen. Enter criteria in as many or as few of the search fields as desired. Click Search. 1 2 1 3 4 2 3 2 4 Page 2 Get Help –

2 3 4 Work with the Results To open a contract workspace, click its Title. To narrow the results, enter more criteria and click Search. To start a new search, click Reset. To save the criteria for future use, click Save Search. To modify the results, click the table icon. View: Select the columns for the results table.
