3 Insight on Dhwani DHWANI IS THE ANNUAL INTER-COLLEGIATE CULTURAL FEST THAT HAS BEEN HELD AT THE ST. JOSEPH’S COLLEGE OF COMMERCE FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. A HIGHLY RECOGNIZED CULTURAL FEST, THE THEMES AND THE EVENTS BASED ON THESE THEMES HAVE BECOME MORE CONCEPTUAL, CHALLENGING AND CREATIVE WITH TIME. A NUMBER OF PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGES HAVE ATTENDED THIS FEST IN THE PAST AND AS A FEST THAT IS CONTINUALLY EXPANDING ITS HORIZONS, THE SAME IS EXPECTED IN THE FUTURE.

Branding through collaterals This benefit offers our sponsors an opportunity to target a wide spectrum of young students. Your logo will be mentioned on the following material: Branding on invites: sent to +150 colleges (reach of students: 400,000) Certificates – the logo will be put up on all the winners and volunteer certificates that we give out during the fest. Advertisement on LCD screens LCD monitors will display company advertisements and posters for minutes mentioned. MC mentions at stages Event MC will make announcements stating “dhwani brought to you by……, in-association with….” Sponsors are free to display banners and standees at prominent and strategic locations across campus. Slots for Announcements between events Announcements about your company will be made at events at various venues. Our main venues include: Main Stage – Capacity of 2500 Old Auditorium – Capacity of 700 New Auditorium – Capacity of 500 Basketball Court- (Registration area) Miscellaneous venues include class rooms and small halls. Market Survey Your company is free to collect information from the students at our fest to form a database of your own. Our volunteers can assist you in this process.

7 Publicity through social media
Slots during events One of the most effective promotional tools today, our Facebook page and the official Dhwani page will ensure maximum publicity on Facebook. The fest will be a part of the top most social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook through photos, videos, etc. which reachs out to a huge portion of the youth. Facebook – SJCC Student Council, Dhwani Instagram Snapchat Pre Dhwani and Post Dhwani events Radio mentions for 3 days before the fest Live coverage on a regional news channel of the event Trailer and after movie will contain logos of the sponsors Promotional Stall Sponsors would also be permitted to put up commercial stalls for 2 days of the event for the purpose of promotion free of cost. This would provide the sponsor a ground for publicity, marketing and advertisement through the display of banners, pamphlets, posters and face to face talks with students. Sponsors will be given slots during events to deliver messages to the audience. Direct Mailers Mails on behalf of the brand will be sent out through the large student database that contain various institutuions all across the country. Fashion Show An exclusive fashion show by the SJCC Fashion Team displaying the sponsor’s merchandise can be conducted at the Main Stage.

8 Social Media contest Exclusive online contests can be run for our sponsors on our Facebook page. Brand Round The event will be tailor made to incorporate your product to give it maximum interaction with participants. EVERY COMPANY HAS ITS OWN INNOVATIVE BRANDING METHOD, SO WE ARE WELCOME TO YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND MARKETING IDEAS ON CAMPUS AND AROUND THIS EVENT.
