Stay Positive Focus On Solutions What skills you must have to accomplish your purpose? First of all, you need to have self – control. More specifically, you must think and believe that you can do any job better than anyone else and then you will feel more capable to take additional responsibilities. A person who has self-control has to forgive themselves for any mistake he may do. Through meditate, criticize actions and reward the right ones but do not let the wrong take them down. Positive thinking is a very strong weapon against the review of other people as many of them jealous so they will try to change your mind. That’s why when a business individual has to stay focus on solutions.

5 Sense of urgency Develop new ideas Move fast
Customers have a zero tolerance for waiting Sense of urgency is also an important characteristic of an entrepreneur because a successful person has a never ending sense of urgency to develop their ideas. They feel uneasy if they don’t work. In today’s business startup environment, if you don’t move fast, you get run over. Without a sense of urgency, people and businesses just can’t move fast enough. Speed is the driver because customers have a zero tolerance for waiting, and there are always competitors gaining on you.

6 Self-confidence Be free from worry or fear Be full of hope
Believe in yourself and your abilities Another important skill is self-confidence which will help you to tackle problems quickly with stubbornness. A self – confident person should be free from anxiety. Stress can only make the things worst because decisions making on fear of failing. Also, hope can be your best friend. It keeps you motivate. But, nothing can happen if you don’t believe in yourself. Because, you are the best and you have to prove it.

7 Realism Accept thing as they are Identify problems quickly
Find solutions Be productive How about realism? Entrepreneurs have to accept things as they are without fear. They shouldn’t change their direction if is not necessary and if will not improve their prospects for achieving their goals. Obviously, entrepreneurs should identify problems and begin working to find a solution faster than other people. Problems must not fear them because as an entrepreneur, you must face difficulties and take risks which will lead to success.

8 They Don’t Seek Perfection
FAILURE Intelligent people won’t set perfection as their target because they know it doesn’t exist. Human beings, by our very nature, are fallible. When perfection is your goal, you’re always left with a sense of failure that makes you want to give up or reduce your effort. You end up spending your time thinking what you failed to accomplish instead of moving forward excited about what you've achieved and what you will accomplish in the future MOVE FORWARD DON’T GIVE UP

Who is Jeff Bezos? Investor and CEO of Amazon.com The fifth richest man in the world. Jeff Bezos is one of top business men. He invested Amazon, an online shop in a time that no one thought about creating something like this. Everyone said that he was crazy to spent money for an online shop but look him now. He is the fifth richest man in the world and people feel proud to work for him.

Everything you may do, even the wrong will help you to learn from your mistakes and get off your mind the question “what if I have done this?” Second, follow your heart and not your head. Follow your passions. Do what you like because only if you love it you will succeed. Also, invest more in the product than marketing. You don’t want to just sale your products. Your target is your customers to be satisfied and tell everyone about your products. This is how you get a good fame. Obviously, you have to peek a good name. a clear and unique name. jeff bezos named amazon before as cadabra inc. and when his lawyer called to ask him the name of the company he misunderstand the name. that moment Bezos realized that was a bad name. What Bezos wanted to do is build a company so customer sentric that other organisiations or companies will look at amazon as a role model

Focus on the customer Focus on your passion Build a culture Premium products at non-premium prices Take a risk Focus on the customer. Customers like low prices, big selection and fast delivery. Work on things that your customers want. It may take you 10 or 20 years from now but you must be patient. What you have to do is bring the customer first which is easy to say but difficult to do. Focus on your passion. Do something that you are interested in. To build a culture advertise the true about your products, you have to stay clear with your stakeholders. The theme is that different people are motivated by different things. Some they like pioneer investing new things and they get confused. Bezos sold his premium products at non-premium prices. You don’t want to make money by selling the product but when customers use the product Take risks. Whatever you do there is going to be risk in your life. Risk is a necessary component for progress. Every entrepreneur has taken substantial risks to achieved what they have until now.
