2. Go For The Red
Go For the Red is an FCCLA membership campaign that provides incentives for members and chapters working to increase membership. Go For the Red empowers students to recruit, retain, and recognize members.
Recruit- Reach out to members of your school and encourage them to come to a meeting.
Retain- Keep members active. Keep them involved with community service projects, working on state projects, or helping out within the chapter.
Recognize- Reward members for a job well done or someone stepping up and being a leader

3. Ideas Lock-in - Plan a night filled of fun activities and movies.
B.Y.O.B - (Bring Your Own Banana) Each potential member brings their own banana and receives the rest of the toppings/ice cream for a banana split.
Bowling & Food - Host a night where potential members come bowl and eat food. Throw in some prizes too!
M & N Night - Movies and Nachos! Plan a movie, have everyone show up in their pj’s and have a nacho bar.
Scavenger Hunt - Create a theme and have potential members find things or do crazy things at a park or in your school.
