5 When going from Scientific Notation
to decimal notation a x 10n Positive exponent = move decimal place to right n amount of times a x 10-n Negative exponent = move decimal place to left n amount of times

Scientific Notation a x 10n a = number with only ONE digit to the left of the decimal DIGIT = the numbers from 1 to 9
