1 Auvesta Customer Validation
The Customer validation alerts – what do they mean? For an explanation of the validation alerts and what to do please see the screens that follow.

2 1. Go to http://www. auvesta-portal. com/default
1. Go to and select Customer.

3 2. Enter Customer Number and Password.

4 3. View the validation alert.

5 4. Hover cursor over shield and you see the ‘You are not yet fully validated’ message.

6 5. Select shield and click on ‘open validations’

7 6. View the open validations – ID Card and Bank account.

8 7. Upload Passport. Select Passport depot holder

9 8. Select file to select the passport file you’ve scanned.
Please note: The file must not be larger than 3MB and the total size of your documents should not exceed 12MB.

10 9. Select Passport Page 2.

11 10. Locate and select your scanned passport file.

12 11. Press Upload.

13 12. Upload is confirmed. Click the arrow to return to the validation screen.

14 13. Please click to input your Bank account details.

15 14. Please enter your Bank account details
14. Please enter your Bank account details. Please note: Routing is Sort Code. Please press the > below to continue.

16 15. Please check your details are correct then select the tick.

17 16. Please view the success message. Then select next.

18 17. Please check your bank details are correct. Select the Upload icon.

19 18. You will now be required to upload your bank statement for the same account.

20 19. Select account statement.
Press Select file.

21 20. After you’ve selected the file press Upload.

22 21. Your documents should be verified within 5 working days.

23 18. That’s all for now. When your validation is complete the shield will go green.

24 That’s It!
