2 Colorado Vendor Neutral Archive
(aka CTN Cloud VNA) Project Goals: This feasibility study is the first part of a potentially multi- part project to establish a Colorado VNA. The feasibility study is being funded by Centura Health and is open to all health care organizations that have a need to house and share images. The feasibility study goal is to make a Go/No Go decision, in general, about a Cloud VNA not to pick a specific vendor. The four vendors asked to respond to our RFI are Acuo, TeraMedica, DeJarnette (Iron Mountain), InsiteOne (Dell). If decision is to “Go”, next steps will be to work with specific vendor(s) to architect the final solution. 2/1/ Version 1.0

(aka CTN Cloud VNA) The CTN Cloud VNA will…. House a secondary copy of medical images in a private cloud from healthcare organizations across Colorado. Provide disaster recovery and business continuity based on these copies. Enable sharing of these secondary copies among providers in partnership with CORHIO and QHN. Enable viewing and sharing of these secondary copies among organizations using a web based viewer. Be totally vendor-managed and provided under a master Fee-per-Study pricing model. CTN will receive sustainability revenue for each study stored in the Cloud VNA. 2/1/ Version 1.0
