3 Angular Acceleration A cooling fan is turned off when it is running at 850 rev/min. It turns 1500 revolutions before it comes to a stop. What was the fan’s constant angular accel.? How long did it take the fan to come to a stop?

5 Rotational Dynamics A softball player swings a bat, accelerating it from rest to 3.0 rev/s in a time of 0.2 sec. Approximate the bat as a uniform 2.2 kg rod of length 0.95 m and compute the torque the player applies to one end of it.
