Facilitating Progress
Small groups Stages 2 and 3 Choose 3-5 steps Create a strategic implementation plan to move organization to the next stage In your plan address the following What strategies would need to be used to gain buy-in? What resources would be needed? What obstacles would be faced? Who should be a part of the implementation? Report out

Now what: put it to work What are two or three strategies you can take back to inform your unit’s diversity plan?
