8. As well as having responsibilities in the work place to behave well and have a good attitude, you are also entitled to certain rights.
Your “responsibilities” are about your behaviour and conduct at work.
Your “rights” are about how your employer treats you.

24. Topic 5 Patchwork Poster
Learning Intention:
Think about progress made so far on the Steps to Work Programme
Success Criteria
Discuss with classmates and an invited guest

25. Everyone in the class has two different coloured card/ post its.
On one of them write down something that you have FOXLAKE so far and on the other one write one thing you would like to develop or learn when you start programme.
All the cards should be stuck to a board to make a patchwork poster.
Have a look at all the other comments and see if you can find any patterns. Any similarities or trends?
Invite a guest into your class once the patchwork poster is completed – perhaps your Guidance Teacher - and explain to them what you have learned from the Steps to Work Academy so far.

26. Mystery Guest Speaker
Your speaker should tell you what they think about good and bad behaviour and the consequences.
Prepare questions to ask on this topic and any general questions about their job.
Keep notes in your jotter.

27. Topic 6 Evaluation and Assessment
Complete your evaluation of this unit in your Pupil booklet.
Your teacher will also comment on your performance and give you either a Pass or Areas for Development based on your work as a whole in this unit.
