It was incorporated on 22nd April 2009.
Licensed on 22nd December 2014 as a Customs Agent.

Promoting Excellence and integrity in Logistical, and Supply Chain
Management.
This will be achieved through:-
Provision of cost effective and efficient freight forwarding services to our clients
Continuous evaluation of customers needs and keeping pace with changes in the global environment
Demonstrate loyalty to stakeholders while operating diligently and ensuring ethical standards and practices.
Conducting international freight forwarding in accordance with the Laws, Customs and practices of foreign countries, consistent with Kenyan Laws, and our organizations guidelines.

To handle imports and exports which includes sea, rail, and freight for our clients diligently as per the prescribed Laws of East African Community Customs Union.
To appropriately manage the flow of cargo, information, and resources within the supply chain resulting in maximized total supply chain profitability.

9. FINANCIAL SCOPE OF THE COMPANY
The two directors have raised a percentage of contribution according to shares held. As the company grows, it will raise more funds from its reliable customers to enable it to expand by securing loans from our banker.
The company has engaged the services of a full time auditor for the purpose of financial accountability and proper government tax returns.
The company has entered into binding contracts with various CFS operators where our clients who directly consign their cargo to the said CFS enjoy a pre-agreed free storage period amongst other benefits.
