Speaker: Mark Brazier is a Sr. Staff Process Engineer at Intel Corporation. He received his PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from Purdue University, and has been with Intel’s Technology Development group since He is currently responsible for ALD/High-K film development for the 14nm and future CMOS Logic nodes.
